its not that TikTok became less relevant, its simply that there is only a certain amount of people who use TikTok, so eventually the accounts will reach that amount and obviously they'll stop getting as many followers as they did in the beginning.
its like joining an app that only has 50,000 users, its common sense that once people reach around 40-45,000 followers that they'll stop getting any more since there are no more people using the app to follow them lol
