What is your pre-shave routine and your brush fibre of choice?
Ciao a tutti. La mia routine prevede una pulitura profonda del viso per togliere tutte le impurità. Come secondo step, stendo in maniera generosa il pre-barba Blu della Proraso facendo un leggero massaggio e infine metto il primo asciugamano Muhle caldo sul viso e lo lascio in posa per un paio di minuti per dilatare i pori della pelle e ammorbidire la barba. Dopo questo trattamento uso il vostro silvertip della linea Traditional che si abbina al mio primo rasoio che adoro....il Muhle R89 armato con la perfezione giapponese delle Feather. Dopo essermi rasato, sciacquo il viso e applico il secondo asciugamano precedentemente messo in frigorifero...e sono in paradiso!!!. Un po di dopobarba e già soffro perché so che dovrò aspettare due giorni per rivivere questo momento :)

My first Safety razor was the Muhle R-41. 💈😁👌🏻💈. My pre-shave routine is to put a hot towel on the face for about 2-3 minutes reapplying the hot water as needed. Then I go for my pre-Shave soap or cream. The pre-soap I have is the Cube 2.0 from PAA and has activated charcoal in it. It also contains menthol and is a leather booster of some sort. The Pre-cream I have is very well known. Proraso Red (Sandlewood) Pre/Post. You could use it before during or after the shave. Preparation is very important
Wow thats sounds like a dream! Also hot towels are the best👌 And yes, preparation is everything!
I recommend using a shaving brush to create lather from a shaving soap or cream over just using it to apply shaving foam which seems to have been done in this video.
Either by building it on your face or in a bowl. The lather that will be the result of this is superior to any shaving foam or gel because the air bubbles are much smaller in it so there will be no dry spots when you start shaving.
Schade, dass bei all der Mühe für die Videos von Euch, so wenige Kommentare abgegeben werden!
Auch wenn ich selbst wohl kaum noch Hilfe benötige, rasiere mich seit 45 Jahren nur nass und mit normaler Klinge, so ist es dennoch nicht ausgeschlossen etwas dazu zu lernen! Den Einen oder Anderen Tipp kannte ich noch nicht und hab diese dann mit aufgenommen. Waren immer gut und haben auch was gebracht!

@, übrigens nutze ich auch schon eine ganze Zeit einige Euerer Produkte. Auch wenn es günstigeres am Markt gibt, so ist die Qualität, zumindest aus meiner Erfahrung, mit das Beste was ich je hatte und habe! Gebt Ihr eigentlich die Mehrwertsteuersenkung weiter? Wäre doch sich für viele interessant zu wissen.

Great video! What size of brush do you recommend? I bought a Muhle Classic Small Faux Ivory Silvertip Fiber brush. When I arrived I was surprised at how small it is. - Before I use it, I'm contemplating returning it and getting a larger size. Any recommendation?

MÜHLE has made good experiences with the Razor Head Systems that we use in our products. Thats why we are not planning to launch a safety razor with a butterfly opening anytime soon. Maybe the R89 TWIST could be a safety razor that suits your taste?

-Many of my Fellow Traditional WetShavers would be very interested in a *MUHLE ADJUSTABLE* Safety Razor!!! 💈😁👌🏻💈. Not with different plates like the Rockwell but a fully butterfly or 2-peice Adjustable 1-9 or 1-6 settings
