- hi guys! today i wanted to share my set up of the sylvanian families regency grand hotel!
i'm so happy to have this building in my collection! it's such an iconic piece and it's absolutely huge!
i had so much fun setting this up & i'm so happy with how it turned out! as you can probably tell, i went for dark brown with red accents for the color scheme to kinda match the aesthetic of the hotel. i definitely wanted it to have a fancier vibe but still be realistic with what you'd find in a real hotel. most of the furniture sets i used in this video were featured in my previous haul so definitely check that out if you wanna know where they were purchased!

I love how you set this hotel up, it looks so wonderful! The dark wood really suits the themeing. My favourite room is the ballroom it looks so fancy especially with the live music!
thank you so much! 💓 i loved the idea of sylvanians throwing dinner parties in the ballroom and i thought having some live music would be a nice touch. 😍 i kinda wish there was even more space in there so i could add more musical intruments!
🤩🤩👏👏Just wow!! The gelato shop is perfect in the Grand Hotel, and your furniture choices are PERFECT- the classic brown sets work so well. And the Chocolate Lab works at the chocolate shop lol! 😍

Yes!!! Big house! Er, hotel. Love it! Mine is set up as an apartment so that’s why I said house at first lol. I also have the other one set up as an apartment too. I have too many. Did you get this from Deb Aragon?

Wow!! So beautiful!! I have my eye on the big rabbit family on Ebay but they want $100 for it .Do you think that is a fair price? Where did you get yours?
thank you so much! 🥰 i got mine from kobeejapan a little while ago & i think they were around $115. i think $100 is a fair price for them since they are pretty hard to find but they did come back in stock on kobeejapan recently for only $80 before they sold out again 😅
