It's supposed to act like a sauna (dilating vessels to stimulate influx of blood and lymph to help one's body restore itself faster), but as the heat is applied to a small part of the body, it puts much less strain on heart, because it already struggles to pump the blood without help of other big muscles, like legs. Nice little details like this one is what makes Honkai a little special for Russian community:-)

It's so depressing to see Rozaliya speaking like she's so Tormented and depressed which she actually is tbh.
