- This is our Fruita Campground Review, (Capitol Reef National Park). Capitol Reef is one of the Big 5 or Mighty 5 in Utah. It's one of the national parks that gets missed by many. We saw many beautiful things during our stay like Capitol Gorge and the scenic drive. Utah national parks are famous for their vast beauty. The National Park Service does a great job managing the Fruita Campground Capitol Reef. We stayed at the Fruita Campground Loop C in spot 69. The Fruita District is the most popular spot in the park, you will find Gifford House, Fruita Schoolhouse, as well as easy access to the scenic drive. We love to travel Utah national parks. We were living the RV lifestyle when we did our Capitol Reef national park camping experience.
