No wonder the plot line looks so familiar! The Chinese drama Duoluo Continent is based on the anime Soul Land (Duoluo Dalu). It’s much like how The Untamed is based on the anime The Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation (MoDaoZuShi). The main actor who plays Tang San in Duoluo Continent and Wei WuXian in The Untamed is Xiao Zhan!! We need more of Xiao Zhan in popular Chinese anime for the drama versions. If so, I could go on a binging spree ☺️🥰😊 I just connected the dots when I realized I watched the drama version of Soul Land first then watched the anime it was based on. I should have done it the other way around. Now I know the plot line from the drama, darn it 😫
no, trust me, im like you, i watched the drama first and loved it quite a lot so i came to check out the animation, BUT DAMN let me tell you, this animation blows the drama out of the waters! also, this animation is closer to the novel than the drama, so i really want to say, you wont regret watching this right now :D P.S.: especially since you have watched the drama beforehand, it is actually useful in some ways because it also filled in a few parts that the drama skipped over, especially when Tang San gets his 2nd spirit ring~ P.P.S.: also, it's my 3rd time watching this animation already XD

I think this is duolou continent starring zhao xian.ive seen the film tho a little diff but the hammer and blue plant gave me the idea and that his father was a blacksmith

Who eles is watching this animation after douluo continent 2022. Really amazing.First as we wuxian animation mo dau zu shi and now as Tang San. Xiao Zhan is really amazing . Normally it is quite hard for someone to maintain the same and awesome acting as in animation.I am a big fan of Xiao Zhan. Always pray for his glory and success.
