    To understand culture we have to understand people , because I guess people reflects their culture by their social institutions, customs , tradations and ideas . Social change and social behavior of people in society gives idea about people and their culture , i think that's why it is important

      people changes every generation so do other things. Culture is not constant thing.

      @@vinsin328 Culture is such a dynamic thing , i have never said that the culture is constant , some part of it is constant but some part of it changes as society changes with time , the change in culture is a constant thing , culture is fluid and solid at the same moment.
