Now, that’s a unique mindset! Especially since You would think that she wouldn’t be too accustomed to losing, but having a great mindset definitely works in her favor as she does not put too much pressure on herself and just enjoys the race.
Well, at least she is now. Before, it was a different matter altogether. She noted that, . Needless to say, that took a toll on her. Now, she found the strength to break away from that kind of mindset and just embrace the challenges as they come.
Speaking of which, she is set to step foot on the track again - a few months away from the Summer Olympics. As most of you are aware, Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone missed the world track and field championships last year due to a minor knee issue.

Sydney has a good chance on being the most decorated female track athlete,she’s young enough keep going for at least a couple more Olympics and World Championships.

Sydney is a perfectionist and perfectionists always want to be the best. She will push herself to achieve her best (better than all others) in her chosen discipline(s). Negative side of perfectionism is difficulty accepting that someone may be better than you!!!

You can’t run both 400h and 400m unless they change the schedule like they did for MJ in Atlanta Olympics. It just too taxing plus she’ll prob be on the 4x400.
so looking forward to Paris. who gets to compete for the US is always a bit scary to watch, the way you do it! it's brutal, but probably the only way considering the number of talents you've got. all the best to McLaughlin and the others. a bit worried about Sha'Carri, but I hope! Go USA!

Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone is going to Paris this Summer at Olympic Games in 2024. She'll be competing in Women's 400m and Women's 400m Hurdles!
The scheduling for those events will make doing both nearly impossible. She is going to have to pick one. Bol has already stated she is not doing both because of this.

She shouldn't worry about her reputation. Regardless of what happens in the next few years, McLaughlin-Levrone will be a champion for the ages, one of the exponents of her generation.
Nobody is going to blow millions of dollars on meaningless race with the Olympics looming. Who is afraid of losing when they win all of the time? Nobody owe you and the rest of you clowns anything.
