Sounds great... just wondering why a high-end guitar company would cheap out and put Pau Ferro on a guitar and STILL charge $4000 for it? I mean, I can still get actual Rosewood on a PRS SE model and even actual Ebony on some Epiphones. Seems an odd choice of fretboard for such an expensive guitar, that's all.
Well actually, pau ferro ain't cheap fretboard. It has been used for premium guitars for decades like fender SRV model, Anderson, suhr, etc... For instance you have to pay 80$more for pau ferro custom Suhr guitar. It's a widely believed misconception that pau ferro is a cheap wood because of CITES issue recently... Though pau ferro is used as an alternative for rosewood, Lots of brands have used it as a premium option😅
Lovely looking guitar, lots of nice tones!!
Just wish I’d be able to make it sound like you do👍 keep the demos coming!
not into suhr, i'm an Ibanez fanboy, i just tuned in for some SICK guitar playing!
