  • These are the most delicious and easy ribs you can make on a gas grill. Just take two (2) pork ribs and coat with yellow mustard. Then sprinkle some granulated garlic, granulated onions and a good coat of Williams Rib Tickler rub all over the ribs. Place on your gas grill with the temperature regulated between 250 degrees and 275 degrees.
    Light your smoke tube with apple pellets in it and place your ribs on for approximately three (3) hours. Spritz with apple juice every hour during this time. After three (3) hours remove your ribs from the grill and turn them meat side down and put a generous amount of Zesty Italian Dressing down the bone side.
    Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and place back on the grill for approximately two (2) hours. Remove from grill and aluminum foil and apply a light coat of Apple Butter BBQ Sauce to the meat side and back on the grill for 20 minutes. Allow to rest 15 to 29 minutes, slice and enjoy the most delicious and easy ribs you've ever made.

    Nice video. i have never seen anyone use italian dressing before. very interesting, does it add to the flavor of the ribs?

    • @PMPBBQ

      Thanks for stopping by and watching my friend, The Zesty Italian Dressing does give it a good flavor but also provides some good moisture to the ribs. I found out about using it a few years back in Texas at a BBQ restaurant. I use it quite often on ribs because it's my wife's favorite lol. Thanks again for stopping by and commenting.

    Hey I love your videos can you tell me the best way to smoke chicken quarters on the Bradley smoker

    • @PMPBBQ
      @PMPBBQ  2 года назад +1

      Kim, thanks for watching and commenting. Chicken is easy to smoke on a Bradley but hard to get skin that isn't rubbery. I would dry the chicken very well and apply a light coat of baking powder, that will help dry the skin. Or you could smoke the chicken until the internal temp reaches approximately 140 degrees and then place them in a 375 degree oven until they reach 165 degrees internal to crisp the skin up. I hope this helps. You can use whatever your favorite rub is, I like Weber Kick-n-chicken myself. For wood I would run either apple or oak pucks in my Bradley for chicken.
