What version of the game is this. Is this the steam or GOG version. I have the steam HD version and i cant find any of the quality of life features like swapping army/gear, fast splitting stacks and so on in the steam version. Also cant find any DLC so is the steam version not complete or what?

Steam version is garbage, you need the GOG version + HD mod, + HotA. Google download hota and download hd mod, they are free.
I see you had some gold issues but shouldn't you have build Ducks in the center town as well. I mean that is additional 4 wyvern
Yeah it would have been nice, but building a tavern to buy heroes/scout/farm, and mage guild to replenish my mana were higher priority.
