- Excellent paint for solar water heaters where a dark absorber finish is required. I bought this at Lowes home improvement, seems to be more expensive online? Not a paid review.

Long time subscriber here...really good to see you put up a video again. I've missed seeing your educational videos for many years.
Thank you so much for staying a subscriber, the Fresnel Lens side online website has taken up a lot of time. that and taking care of my Mom who has many health issues at 91 years old. Ironically every time in the past 7 years I have uploaded a video, something major came up with her health and between work and care giving, followup videos have been tough to do. Hoping for a roll, so many ideas. Probably gonna not focus on competing with fancy formatted extreme edited videos and get back to the beginning basics of sharing ideas or featuring something I feel is useful for time saving on projects. Grateful for customer orders and especially grateful to all the subscribers that are still following💚 Thank you!!!
Hi again. Where have you been. I've missed you and your ovely wife.
Been sub’d for over 11 year. You are the best Dan 🙌
Yo good to see you back.
Thank you!!!
Cool. Looking forward to seeing the solar tiny home.
It should be done in a week or so, getting the trailer to the frame really was a time bandit...
Excellent content as always, Mr. Rojas! I contacted you a while back in IG letting you know I missed your content... So glad you're back at it! 🎉
Thank you so much! I will check IG messages!
more vids please. Glad to see you on you tube.
Thank you so much, will do, fortunately I have a list of video Ideas I journaled during the gap in videos.
You're back! Hooray!! Thanks for sharing this tip!
It sure does have a better spray nozzle on it to make spray painting faster.
Thanks for the demo & making us aware of it!
I"m also glad to see that you are back making videos. I haven't seen one from you in a long time, it seems....
It has been a while for sure, and the nozzles are part of what makes them work. The can has a lot more pressure so that may be why its diameter to height is so different. I used a drill bit to widen the opening to fit a conventional spray can on a used up can nozzle and it was like a drip weak messy spray so the pressure in a regular can of spray paint is probably about 50% less. Sort of like HVLP with too little pressure vs nozzle and flow control.
I love that stuff. Great on my old musclecar & around the house. You are the reason I still do solar cooking with one of your 25" parabolic mirrors I got years ago. Thanks🙂
Thank you so much for that, and happy to hear you are solar cooking, totally appreciate your comment!!!
I think I've been watching guys for 14 to 15 years now you guys got me into green energy maybe even longer ago I don't know Surprise how small of viewers you have you guys are like the OG of the green RUclips movement I remember building my first solar panels watching you guys from solar cells
I know it has been a long RUclips journey. Cannot believe how fast the time has gone. Thank you so much for the inspirational comment. Solar cell DIY panels were a tough build. Or videos rarely went viral and the best videos, viewer wise, a Mosquito trap and a bottle cutter. That tells me that true backyard science enthusiast are not high in numbers but solid with their passion for real discovery. Thank you for all the support over the years, should have more content soon.
welcome back Dan............ jim in central florida
Hi Jim, Thank you so much!!! Central Florida here too...
With great power comes great responsibility.
LOL, true, I was thinking if someone had too much tequila while listing to "Paint It Black" by The Rolling Stones.....impossible mess to clean up next day... LOL
Looking forward to that trailer project of yours. Keep us updated, please. Take care 😊
Thank you so much!!!
Glad to see you posting again 👍
Thank You!!!
Nice to see this channel is still alive..
Nice to see new content from you
Always love your videos, Thanks Dan!
Thank you so much!
Wooooh! I was looking for something like this... Cheers!
I can't wait to see the project unfold... it's going to be glorious!!
Great to see you back. One of the channels I came across a long time ago. Definitely one of those guys, if he had wanted to could have been much bigger on RUclips, the videos you did make was pretty interesting.
Good to see you back. Maybe I just tune in at the wrong time. Seems like forever since I've seen a post from you here. Hope all is well with you. Have a great week ahead my friend.
You have a great week as well and thank you so much, it has been a while.
I missed your vids Dan! Your content was always uplifting
Good to see your back.
Welcome Back Dan!
Thank you so much!!!
Nice stuff. Looking forward to seeing the build.
I was just re-watching a few of your older siphon videos yesterday!
I've been rather evangelical about rustoleum recently. The tips on their spray cans are awesome, Great coverage and etches really well into existing surfaces. Works out cheaper as well!.
I totally agree, even the 2X covers 4 times better than the $2-$3 cheap can. Have you tried the rotational multi nozzle system, curious how that works.
I tried the Turbo Spray last week and I was impressed! Well Done
9 months I waited for a new video, and I get a restoleum commercial 🤣
🤣🤣🤣Well, it would only be a commercial if I get paid LOL, I know though, I was worried a bit it would come out that way but I had to re-break the ice. The next video will be for 100x crypto🤣 I will have something science solar related. But that paint does cover solar thermal water collectors really fast....
Oh dang, he's still alive! You keeping up with the bodybuilding Dan? Stay shredded brother
Yes, still about the same, workout and cardio... pretty good vascularity in the spraying arm. LOL
Thank you so much for the comment brother!!!
Dan!!!!! yay, my week is starting off with a blast
I am looking forward to that project.
It is in the works, will depend on weather, racing the rainy season in Florida. Might do updates as I go along vs one gigantic video...
Hope all is well. 😊
Would probably have an application in some sort of solar project like for heating water or just keeping the corrosion away from wind turbines or other equipment that takes abuse
Where the hell you been?! 😊
The Fresnel Lens part of our business has been intense online website grateful but overwhelming at times....I was also overthinking a lot of video ideas, I am hoping to get back to sharing ideas and projects without hours of editing.
Thanks for posting
Hi Dan, long time no see (long term fan). Hope things are good with you and Denise. How are you keeping? Just wanted to send some love & blessings your way. Here in the UK its fully green, oak trees and hawthorn blossom. Summers here and good time to spend in nature. Off to Tintagel soon yes!. All the best brother, Kieron
You're alive..
Yes LOL, I been swamped with work and life time bandits, sure everyone goes through the same thing.
Excellent!
I use it under my truck its great stuff, must wear a special mask for paint fumes cause there's so many chemicals it that can 👍👍
Thats awesome 👍👍
Thank you!!!
Does it come in pink?
I wanna paint my neighbor's car.
Can you spray this directly over rusted material?
Please do updates on solar home man
Do you still sell you're "flexible" fresnel lens?
Oh wow, a new video :)
Damn this is fast and easy!!!! Lol
Does it fix the rust or just cover it?
I don't think it is the rust restore version, but it does seal with a good binding coat, better than any spray paint I have used.
Nice wirk
Thank you!
That's siccc
he's turning into alantutorial
Rojas..tocayo!!
My hitter
😎
You can buy just the caps and put them on any can. That's what graffiti artists do. Look up graffiti paint caps or fat caps.
Dat overspray though.
It does not seem to, there is almost no cloud, if you miss though it will spray whatever is behind it... Even the 2x sprays run if too close and overspray cloud at proper distance....this is like 99% of the paint hits the target.
@@GREENPOWERSCIENCE Now I'm curious, can you do the old trick over turning the can upside down to clear out the nozzle with a few button pushes?
Rattle can on steroids! Nice hiss!
Man... Just wait until this guy discovers airless paint sprayers. You can do an entire tiny house in minutes.
Remember your safety gear. Breathing in paint is never good for you no matter how small amount it is.
Lol you're like a kid with a new toy
LOL, I bought 1 can and bought more to demonstrate to neighbors.
That's a man's can of spray paint.
LOL yes it is.
Good to see you back. Maybe I just tune in at the wrong time. Seems like forever since I've seen a post from you here. Hope all is well with you. Have a great week ahead my friend.
