So the key for success-by leaning in, faking until making it, everybody can do it, you can reach your highest potential, by learning from the others you invest in, so as a team they will share and suport you back, coming together, then by reading interesting articles and more data, believing in you, reflecting after getting that experience of whats been happening especially in developing countries, in families in poverty then speaking up, empowering young girls and women. Very important is funding, 'the power is in the money.' And then talking in Congress about all that, addressing global problems as justice system, poverty, contraception, vaccination, cultures as poligamy etc.
For the women who find themselves in the workplace, it would be wonderful to have 1-2 year maternity leaves, but preferably a woman who is married could really stay home to do the important work in the community and home that allows the men to come home to something stable instead of ships passing in the night. Clearly some women will need to work, or create the need to work. Real Estate prices, if lower, could allow more women who want to, to stay home. Women are very talented, but there is a timing in their lives, and it's not necessarily build business between age 18 and 30, but rather build business between 45 and 75. If women don't marry they are much needed in caring ministries and intense jobs that need all their attention that is not suitable for the family woman. Our culture loses out when the children are raised by random day cares and sometimes the children are subject to ideals that are not the ideals of the parents, so there is some real danger there. We don't NEED women in the every industry, but obviously if they have gift, they should pursue, but mostly I think women end up in a career when they would really rather be at home with their kids for much longer than they are now.
