Same here, according to machine manual it can indicate couple of issues such as: firmware issues, paper jams, or improperly installed cartridges.

I been to this video 4 times now… cause this is the biggest piece of shit I have ever purchased.
The best thing with HP is to bin it and never buy an HP as they force you to use their cartridges and send viruses to make your printer unable to print again, there was a law suit in the USA against HP practices! HP has lost its edge on the market and I have thrien away 2 good printers because of HP!!!
