used to work and now doesn't. Done all of that and still can't connect anymore. Had it 18 months and its stopped connecting. Rubbish technology
Me too. It works sporadically. But now the sheet prints “not connected” or “wireless off”. Can’t get the password.

Question… I don’t get the name of the network and password. It just says wireless status : off. I turn on the wireless button and it says not connected. It keeps going in the cycle now. But it did work a few times last month when I first watched your video. Any idea where I’m going wrong? Thank you!
After I clicked on my printer, the wifi is yellow flashing and it won't connect. I'm wifi connected to the printer but printer is not connected to internet....help

@koriijones7388 I got my phone to connect and print from the phone but wasn't able to get the internet to connect, so it is always connected like the information says.
@@scottneal2738 thank you for replying. I got mine to work as well from both my laptop and my phone. I had this printed for a few months now and this is the first time it did something like this.
So what did you guys do finally? I go over all the steps of unplugging, following both the wireless and wifi direct steps, tried from three different devices... and nothing
@solangem596 I never got it to connect to the internet wifi, but it is to devices and prints that way. It is a pain when I have to print from my phone, but it's doable. I'm still trying to figure out the wifi problem so I can print from anywhere.
you think they would make more money if they made a printer that was actually easy to set up and worked most of the time. why the secret codes for what combination of buttons to press? Is this like unlocking the secret characters in mortal combat? AABBAAUpDownLeftRight
all that just because HP wants you to buy original expensive cartridge! shame. HP just sold name for 10$ - I will NEVER buy again HP printer FY HP when toner is out I will crash printer. FUZK HP
