Great job on the fence. I’ll give you a little tip take a small tarp or one of them heavy duty trash bags and the dirt you take out place it on that so you don’t lose any and have it to fill back in around the post…👍👍
Wow that was a lot of work Larry 😱 But the ending results are beautiful. Please just be careful with your knees and your back, I do care about you ♥️ I know you're exhausted. Love these vlogs ♥️
Nice to see some of this stuff! I've been doing the same recently, breaking through existing concrete and clay to put supporting concrete spurs in for my mother's fence. Thankfully, my Grandad made a handy grabber tool in his workshop to collect the dirt/rubble/clay when the hole starts to get deep. Looking brilliant so far!
Of all the electronic, battery, and air drills the air drill will go thru thick dense wood. I would say the battery compact drill and the electric drill would be next but having to run a extension cord can be a pain sometimes. The reg battery drill is great on small home repairs or builds.
It’s hard work but seeing the end result makes all the blood, pain, and exhaustion worth it, then sometimes you look at it and say boy did I fuck up, then is it LOL
Right on Larry, that was quite entertaining and educational to boot. Being a journeyman carpenter myself, I thoroughly enjoy the specifics of your work. Finish carpentry is my forte and your banter is amusing yet totally understandable. And my only disappointment for you working alone is, where the heck is your Muppet, Snuffleupagus? He should show some responsibility by helping you out instead of helping himself to your beers. Just saying, from a classmate a year before, (81) you should relax, kick your feet up and you know where we'll see ya. Aloha. db
@@LoungeTV Well, my friend, and my roommate just did it, a few days ago, and my friend said the poison is only in the leaves, I was also nowhere around it, and they seem ok.
So this fence obviously isn't for privacy. The trees you took down did provide privacy and a sound barrier. What is your remedy for that? Or is it not a priority?
Another great one! Always look forward to your uploads!
That's very nice fence work...looking good! Wake up, Larry! There's more work to do! 🙃 ✌❤
Nice fence. Great vlog today.

Joe should be helping you to cover his beer and room and board charges! It's only fair!

We do like the vlogs uncle Larry
The fence looks really amazing. ❤
Are you concerned that the freeze will push the posts out during winter?
You should have more privacy fences up
Your property is beautiful. Curious as to why you want an opening by the street? Seems like trees would be nice for privacy and added sound barrier.

Not a priority, we are planning to maybe put some small bushes on the house side of the fence.
