When I sit and pause, I say rabbigh fir liy 2x and then say Allahu Akbar. I dont know if this is something additional or anything but correct me if im wrong.

Yeah, It’s Surah Fatiha first and then followed by another Surah Use the Surah series to learn more surahs as you shouldn’t be reading Surah Ikhlas in each rakat. That you can only do in nafl prayer, like tahajjud.
The posture for females in Salah is different than males Males have their buttocks high with arms spread out and chest away from thighs The posture for females in sujood is quite the opposite. Everything is closed in and preserves her modesty. This prayer method is known as Sunni Hanafi, and is well respected by all as being one of the correct ways to offer prayer. The other ways to offer prayer are Shafi, Hanbali and Maliki. Hanafi is the most popular.
Assalamualaikum, i hope someone can answer this I'm kinda confuse, what time should we exactly pray sunnah fajr prayer? is it before the time of fajr? like for example the time of fajr in my country is 4:40 am then do i need to pray the sunnah prayer before 4:40 am? Each of these prayers have parts called Fardh, Sunnah, Nafl etc which are either obligatory, required or optional

When I sit and pause, I say rabbigh fir liy 2x and then say Allahu Akbar. I dont know if this is something additional or anything but correct me if im wrong.
The scholars have mentioned it is “Mustahab” (desirable) to read it. Usually read in Nafl prayers.

The posture for females in Salah is different than males
Males have their buttocks high with arms spread out and chest away from thighs
The posture for females in sujood is quite the opposite. Everything is closed in and preserves her modesty.
This prayer method is known as Sunni Hanafi, and is well respected by all as being one of the correct ways to offer prayer. The other ways to offer prayer are Shafi, Hanbali and Maliki. Hanafi is the most popular.

Fardh - compulsory
There are 2 Sunnah and 2 Fardh in Fajr
The 2 Sunnah are read first, followed by 2 Fardh

Not for Fajr Salah. If you miss your 2 rakat Sunnah then you have to wait till 20 mins after sunrise to read them as missed Sunnah
