Defo make this into a series! Also, When doing drafts I create a random wheel and spin it before each round pick that has criteria (eg nation, league, club, age etc etc) for that pick. Would love to see you do this with completely random filters

The draft isn't something that's done much. Loved it. Maybe teach your dad a few tricks or help him set up a save tactic. Maybe it'll be harder for you then 😉 keep up the good work

I have a fantasy draft suggestion! Wacky formation! Can't use a typical formation that is always used in FM (433, 4231 etc.) And must include 3-4 roles that just aren't used in FM (wide target forward, trequista, wide playmaker, no nonsense FB, libero etc.) You can make the rules, but I'd love to see if either of you could get a wacky formation to work! Would be glorious to watch!
Maybe you could do a draft pick like this, but you have to make a squad of 24-26 players each and only a maximum of three players from any current Premier League club can be used between you both. Remove two Prem teams and replace with your teams. Then sim through a full season and see how that pans out, the other teams in the league will be weakened so would be interesting to see how they go about strengthening their squads to replace the players you've taken too.

Draft of League v League maybe even a tourney style until you get to final two nations but not based on nationality based on league they play in so top leagues from Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, England, Germany, Scottland, Turkey, Greece for instance and seed them. Just a thought but it was fun to watch so I vote keep it up!

I would do it within a league where you don't really know the players like Belgium or the Netherlands (don't really know which leagues you follow or not)

I think you've got to have a handicap against dad. How about you start with a mid to lower table team and your dad starts with a top 6-8 team and see after 5 years who's got more trophies/higher finishes. Or you've got to start a minimum of 5 players from that nation and he has free reign
Next time pick 15 man squad, but you need to pick 1 player from each Premier League team, that finished 6-20 last season. (1 player from Fulham, 1 from Chelsea and so on). Avoid players from City, Arsenal, Newcastle, United and Liverpool.
Do it again, but place restrictions on yourself and less restrictions on Omega Dad. Your Dad knows plenty about football but you've got the advantage tactically with years of FM experience.
Think OmegaDads tactic in the first half of the first game lost it for him. So much space in the middle for Luke. Had to be Kane getting a hattrick 🤣 Atleast a bit of revenge in the 2nd game. Great idea for a series. Would be good to see some of the other big leagues done as well. I like the idea of only being able to pick one player each from each team in the league. Would be a bit more tactical that way.
