I have the original Metal Gear on NES version, Metal Gear Solid on Playstation and Game Boy Color version, but in Game Boy Color version they called Metal Gear Ghost Babel in Japan version, but they Called Meatl Gear Solid in English version.

This sounds like tribute/legacy music, fitting as this game is the end of Solid Snake's story.
