It is certainly MY favourite, and I'm so happy a new generation will experience it through the Master Collection Vol. 1. I'll definitely pre-order it on Steam, mainly because even with V's Fix, the old Substance PC port is flawed.

I have tied myself in knots for the past twenty plus years trying to decide whether MGS1 or 2 is the better game. Either way you slice it, they're both startling achievements. But this is the clear winner for boss fight music, in my opinion. "I'll let you go out in style!"
MGS1 boss music is "grand epic style" like the fate of the world is in your hands. MGS2 boss music is "cheeky playful style" like you night as well have some fun with the bosses as both of you are pawns.
Fatman really looks like Sundowner, if you think about it, Wears a long jacket. They are fighting Raiden with their love of war and addicted with killing. Both fights in a Helicopter area. Both of them has a huge body. Both of them are also bald. Most of other MGS2 villains also has a similiar facials like MGR villains, but they don't really share similiar characteristics as much as Fatman between Sundowner. Someone really has to mix this song with Red Sun
Solidus and Armstrong are also very similar: -Both Politicians -Used children to reach their goals -Fought against the influence/legacy of the Patriots -Wanted a free US (though solidus only focused on a small part) -Their gimmick improved their physical strength and durability -You fight them first in a metal gear -Both are tied to another character important to Raiden (Solidus and solid, Armstrong and sam) -Their actual intentions are hidden and cloudied up beforehand -Both have a hell of a speech
Remember; in the lore of this game, this is the only big moment pre-reveal that wasn’t scripted. This was really one of the most intense fights for raiden because it was technically the only one he could’ve lost

You know what this reminds me of? Radical highway from Sonic Adventure 2. The heavy beats, the kind of mix of electronic and guitar, the pulse-pounding speed of the song.
