Wouldn't it be a great idea to mention the size drain pipe we need to adapt to the pan drain? What if our drain pipe diameter is 1-1/2"? Will it adapt to the pan drain we purchase? Of course not! SO what do we do?
Shouldn't the drain plug be down below the PVC pipe opening? If you plug the top, there can still be a leak below that that will not show with the way this drain is plugged. You should be using an inflatable plug designed for testing drains to make sure you don't have to tear everything out if you end up with a leak..
