When it is centered in the camp, the power circumference is equal to the diameter of the camp from what I've seen.
That makes sense
In my shelter test I reached a radius of 5 1/2 foundations which would make it 11 in diameter. If I remember correctly from my Normandy that's pretty much the max range on adventure and normal building world's.
Must-have item, IMO. For those who like the scrappyscrap aesthetic, it looks cool, too!

Love this! I have so many mini generators hidden and merged around my camp and I mostly use them just for lights. Can't wait to replace everything to save on the camp budget.
I just put it down and it enabled me to get rid of 90% of my conduit and other power connectors. It really freed up some budget.
I wanted to thank you for mentioning that you could buy the new fusion generator alone. That save me some Atoms.

I personally loved the complexity of efficiently wiring my camps, but at the cost of so much budget, I much prefer this new generator to free that budget up for more important things. Greatest Atom Shop purchase ever!
I rarely use wires because I merge a small generator into a foundation. It will save me having to merge a conduit into it, and using more than one, in bigger builds lol
Its aura of electricity is 6 foundations in a sphere around it, so on that little platform was probably just too far from the ceiling lights at the start there

I have been using the rock hiding trick, but attaching the weather machine too & merging them all. I learned that trick from Kiki B plays Xmas video.
I did that in my last build but I didn't learn it from Kiki B 🤣

Not sure if it helps, but you may be able to ask Bethesda for a refund. You can tell them that you didn’t know that you could buy the only item in the bundle you wanted separately and the they may refund you the difference of the cost of the Atoms. They may even just tell you to keep the other generators.

That thing ruined 2 of my camps because I forget that the wiring broke through foundations. 😂😅 I got it fixed but dang people who try to help by repairing stuff you just burned down can be annoying...
I guess the problem with the sunken in Generator is similar to Fallout 4 in which world barriers break power lines and the radiant power of a conduit. I noticed that some items like foundation can have similar problems in 76. Thank you for the video I jumped on this the moment I saw it accidentally in the atomic shop.😅

cool addition to the CAMP! But, as other content creators have shown, it won't reach every cm of the camp. But you can place it in the center or put in two etc. and cover the CAMP well.

It's as though Bethesda heard our pleas for an easy way to run wired power through something like a 3-story prefab and said "Nahhh, here's a gen that'll provide wireless power to nearly your whole camp in one shot though.."
I'm overtired and have my bimbo brain in. Apparently if you put it in the middle of your camp it will cover the whole area 🤣
I purchased this the other day, but when I planted it, it did not seem to power my house. I still had to run a wire from it to the house.
Make sure it's the fusion generator. It seems to work in my new build

my turrets don´t work witouth wires.
There are plenty of turrets that work without wires
Ask Bethesda... Any object that requires more than 1 power won't run off ambient electricity
I bought the WHOLE bundle and found out AFTER that you could just get the fusion one !!!😢. Oh well.

At all? It should just work when you place it.
As Lucy mentions, if you have stuff that requires direct connection in order to work, you still need the wires. Also, make sure the generator 1. is the largest one 2. is centered in your camp.

I cant believe they are selling just the fusion for 150. I feel like someone is gonna lose their job over that. There is no reason to buy the whole bundle imo.
yups! if you look in the shop, other smaller genies are 300 atoms O,O so this does look like a big OOPs! also it doesn't have a date so its looking like it will be pemanently availabe
@Joyan4U also if you divideall the items they should cost 225 each. But there is no reason to buy the smaller ones. It's amazing how bad this is. I wouldn't be shocked if they take it from us lol.

Idk if it was mistake more than a marketing ploy. Trying to keep the small player base they have imo
