This actually blew my mind with how much merch there was. I've looked for a lot of it just because I was curious what merch had been made even though actually buying it is a pipe dream for me, but I still had no clue that 1/3 of this existed. Disappointed there was no mention of the unofficial but legendary Xeno Bed.
Bro, I can't imagine for the rest of the Xeno games, because I've seen some pretty obscure stuff while collecting. Considering the niche of the games, it sounds like a pretty deep trip.
The X pizza is because of the manon. They love pizzas. Anyway pizza is good so don't care. Free pizza is free good. For no X player the manon are alien chipmunks. They have a great technology but they were so phisicly weak they ally with Humain gouvernement.
About Operation Rainfall (OpR): So I had this discussion multiple times online but never with someone who's Xeno-knowledge I value so much compared to my own, so I'm looking forward to your response. You claim the OpR fan campaign was about localizing the game world-wide in English (I presume you mean release outside Japan). As far as I know OpR was only about releasing the already translated version by NoE in North America. OpR was formed around around June 2011, by that point NoE had announced that they are localizing Xenoblade months ago (around early 2011). This doesn't really matter but it is in the interest of historical accuracy.
My favorite items in my Xenoblade Collection are the Wii Steelbook and the folder and art book for Pandoras Tower, Xenoblade Chronicles and The last story. These two, especially the folder and art book, are incredibly hard to find and I adore them and will never give them away! The coins and Monado Vinyl are are close second though!
Actually got two sets of the operation rainfall coins, think they are my favourite of the collection. Got all the EU special editions, all the CDs (aside from the expensive versions of the xc2 ost), the 3DS bundle, the artbooks. Really hope that the merch from this point on can be a little easier to obtain - i.e. not have it be japanese exclusive. Also saw a xenoblade 2 wallet in an ebay listing, and its the only account I have managed to find about it. No idea on how official of an item it is, but it was a unique thing to see on ebay for sure.
The Good Smile figures are absolutely fantastic and I am very happy to own all of them so far. I’m also very happy to have the Xenoblade Soundtrack Trinity Box, which was quite limited and available only for a short time from the Procyon store.

The alternate fan-created cover art and Operation Rainfall coins, on top of fan art appearing in the secret archives seems to me that the dev team really appreciates the fandom more than most franchises. That kind of thing makes me think that they must really be appreciative of the demand and the reception of the game.

Whoever made the Pyra/Mythra amiibo mockup merely transliterated the English names for the Japanese text instead of putting down "Homura" and "Hikari". Should've done the research

You know this video has made me want to learn about action figure design and engineering so I could give us the Xenoblade action figures Nintendo refused to give us! It would all be made by a 3rd party group (I’m sure some of you figure collectors out there have heard of some of these 3rd party brands😏) obviously with names that don’t result in an FBI open up! While it’s taking unfortunately long, this isn’t unusual for the Smash Ultimate DLC Amiibo. The two characters immediately before them, Steve Minecraft and Sephiroth also have no further details besides the fact that they’re coming; and no Smash Amiibo that was announced later than Pyra/Mythra has released either. Also, while I don’t personally know of the source for that info, Xenobits said in this video that the Steve Amiibos were delayed due to Covid, and that’s a likely explanation which reasonably would delay any Amiibo release planned to be done after Steve, as well.
There is. There’s multiple art books and figures of the gears and 1 e.s. That is extremely hard to find but unfortunately all the special editions are Japan exclusive so if you want to actually play the game you need to buy the English release along with it which is like 380 for all 3
