  • Bunions are not only unsightly, but they can be very painful, too! Thankfully, yoga can help. This 8-minute class is designed to provide you some sweet relief for your feet. We work a variety of poses to help bring space to the metatarsals (the bones at the center of the feet), to lengthen the plantar fascia (the connective tissue webbing on the bottoms of your feet) and to release our calves. This practice is short, but effective! I do this practice almost every day.
