I really enjoyed your video. You are so respectful of our beautiful country. Your touring around Sydney and the Blue Mountains brings a lump to my chest. I’m in so much awe every time I see our incredibly scenery from a visitors point of view, but most importantly is that Aussies are mostly friendly and welcoming to our visitors. Looking forward to your next video. 🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
I definitely agree. Every person that I met in Australia was so lovely and welcoming, like so far from my experience, Aussies are the most friendly people.
Very happy to see that you liked Sydney. It is a beautiful city and the Blue Mountains are wonderful too. Most people are very impressed with the Blue Mountains.. Thank you very much for sharing. Even though I live close to Sydney and visit it very often I never tire of seeing unique beauty.
I totally agree that the Blue Mountains were very beautiful, and the best part was probably seeing the vastness of the forests and everything. The mountains were so different from the mountains in Europe.
How very wonderful for you young man. So glad you have been able to fulfill one of your big goals. I used to live in the Blue Mountains, well worth the visit.
Thank you for visiting our beautiful city of Sydney! I am glad you had good weather when you were here. Enjoyed your video! Hope you come back to visit or stay.
Love your video. You pronounced every beach and location perfectly. Most people from overseas dont, so thats a huge plus to you. Iam so happy that you enjoyed your time in Australia. Best wishes to you and hope that you return after your studies to see us again. Great video, please do more.
Thank you so much for the comment. I really tried to get my pronunciations right, though I may not always get them right since English is not my native language, but I try to do my best. And I will definitely come back to Australia since it's a beautiful country, but most importantly, I have never met more friendly people than in Australia.
Thanks, I think that almost everyone can travel. If one tries hard enough, they can save the money for travels, and this comes from a person from an upper middle income country like Slovakia with the possibilities significantly lower to save up, when compared to Western Europe, America or Australia.
Thanks, I loved it so much. It's definitely one of my favourites which I ever visited. I am, unfortunately, back in my home country for studying, but I hope I will come back in a few year's time.
Nice video mate, glad you loved our city. I guess when you grow up here you just take it for granted but videos like this show us how lucky we are. I live half an hour north of Manly. I hope you had a great birthday mate.
This is great! We grew up in the Blue Mountains and have also spent an extensive time living in Sydney and we love seeing people from around the world enjoying them! If you’re ever in the area again and after some tips, let us know!
Excellent video! In September we are taking a 24 day cruise from LA to Auckland New Zealand. We are going to spend about a month in New Zealand and then go to Australia for five weeks exploring their so we are starting planning. Thanks for your great tips. :-)
Thanks, mate! Enjoy your trip to New Zealand and Australia. Never to New Zealand, but I have heard some amazing things about it and over in Australia,I met some lovely Kiwis.
Daniel, I love your channel! Thank you for posting "on-budget" ways to travel. I am retired and a former teacher I live on a small pension, in Victoria BC, Canada. If you get this message, I would like to know how you get from Katoomba to the Blue Mountains main attractions? Did you hike? I am planning my first and probably only trip to Australia for November this year. Thank you.
Hello, so from Katoomba, you can either take a bus or walk for around 30 minutes, for me walking was the obvious option but the bus is relatively cheap, and you can take it right from the railway station.
Welcome to Sydney. I've lived in Sydney for all my life, now in my late 70's. A few tips. As soon as you can, move from the accommodation where you are into a flat, probably sharing with someone. You'll find it considerably cheaper. The harbourside areas are great for a short time, but rents are a lot more.Even now, do your shopping at one of the major chains - Coles, Woolworths or Aldi. Prices there will be lower than the convenience stores you're buying at now. When you've made a base, find a nearby doctor and start a relationship with that practice. Above all, have a good time.
I was in Sydney on just a trip since I am still studying in my home country of Slovakia, and after I finish my university studies, I definitely want to go back to Australia for a few years and if things go well maybe stay there.
G'day to you from a genuine Aussie. I'm glad you are enjoying your time in Australia. Most of us a pretty laid back and will help you out if you ask. I apologise in advance for Cairns. It's expensive and boring. Years Ago QANTAS forced the International Airport to move to Cairns away from Townsville, which is a shame as Carins has no real beach, has poorer weather, and few items of interest, whereas Townsville has much better weather and more to see and do. Now because of QANTAS, the city is more expensive to live in due to tourist activity. But since you are going...take the train ride up to Kuranda. It's not a bad spot to go to and is a nice little township.
I actually have already completed my trip, and only now I am editing videos. After Sydney, I did visit Cairns. It's gonna be the next video, and I went to Kuranda, but the rail was not running then due to the rains. But after Cairns I went to Townsville as well.
@joxp6971 Yeah, I really enjoyed my time in Australia, definitely one of my favourite countries. And you are gonna have a great time in Czech Republic during Chrissie, I have been to Czechia around 30 times (since Slovakia and Czechia used yo be the same country and our language is is similar to Czech) it's an amazing country and Prague is especially beautiful, but in my opinion way too touristy now.
@@joxp6971 I will 100% come back to Australia, after uni I want to go there on the work and holiday for a few years and if I like it, maybe move there permanently, because I definitely don't want to stay in my home country after I finish my studies

Late Autumn in Sydney in mid May, when you recorded this vlog. Water is getting cold at the beach. Ok if you wear a wetsuit.
I recorded the video back in March since I went to Australia for a month and only now I had the time to edit the video
