Wow! Great overview of most famous national park in the world. What you did in about 3 days took me two trips and more than eight or nine days of travel. As always great photography and commentary. Fun fact: Yellowstone gets its name from the yellow rocks in the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. The entire canyon is made from rhyolite lava.

My favorite National Park. See something different every time I have been there. I love going in the winter and riding the snowcoaches through the park.
I was there about 4 years ago, and like you, I didn’t think it would be that amazing. The size and power of the whole area is amazing. Makes you realize that we as humans are little more than a flea on the dog in this world doesn’t it?
I will spend an entire day at the geysers...they amaze me so much. The canyon is so beautiful, I just sit and absorb everything. Lamar Valley is a favorite, the bison, elk, wolves and other wildlife. You do a great job...love it all.
I love this area !! My brother actually did a lot of the remodeling in Old Faithful Lodge. I haven’t seen all of Yellowstone yet even! It’s such a gift how we have so much beauty given to us from our own incredible earth!! Thank you for all this !!
Just enjoyed rewatching this episode after visiting Yellowstone for first time in 2023. I couldn’t agree more about the beauty of the east loop of the park. The west and all the geysers were spectacular. But the mountainous east loop road was our favorite. After Yellowstone, our next stop was brand new Alpine Village RV in Alpine Wy. Forty mikes outside Jackson and pricey but well worth it. A pleasant ride back to Grand Tetons and Jackson. Thanks for showing us the beauty of the US Robert.

To be honest, I didn't think there would be much to Yellowstone other than geysers but I was so wrong! There was so much to see from the wildlife to the falls and canyons. I'd love to visit here one day. Thanks so much again Mr. Robert for making these videos and making us feel like were really there!
Yellowstone is a place everyone should experience. The lodge has a very unique construction. Notice many of the beams still have their bark because they cut the trees at the perfect time do the bark never came off after all these years. The variety of seismic activity is incredibly powerful and colorful and insanely beautiful. Once upon a time the colors were brighter but people throwing coins in water changed the chemical composition of the springs fo their colors dulled. There are the boiling springs but also gorgeous waterfalls and forests and so many wild animals. The park is so enormous. Next time I go I want to spend a week.
We visited Yellowstone and Mammoth from the UK and you captured it beautifully. While there we actually saw someone put their kid on the back of a bison, crazy crazy people.
Spent 10 days with my fam and fur companions last year traveling from San Diego to Seattle..along the way we’ve witnessed some of the most spectacular sites in Yellowstone. We’ve loss our beloved Teddy “dog” just last week and it brings back great memories watching your vid. Thank you Robert for all your hard work and pls always be safe.
Ahhh Yellowstone. I know you were unable to go in September or October but that really is time to go, less people. You had bison hold ups, but I remember as a kid we use to get in traffic jams because of the bears. I believe they have now move most of them into the back country. Great watching this, thanks.
Mr. Ambassador... LOL Thank you so much awesome video it brought me back to when we ( my husband, my friend, my departed brother and myself) visited Yellowstone in July of 95. We started in Seattle. We went to Mount Olympus, Mount Rainier, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Bruce canyon, Arches national park, Zion national park, and Grand canyon all in 3 Weeks. It was the most beautiful and exciting trip I have ever been on. I will always cherish the memories I made there. I thank you for making my memories new again. Your video made me feel as if I was there again. Yellowstone and Zion are my favorite parks. I hope to see you on the road one day. Love your Chanel keep the videos coming. Robert, this was a masterpiece!! We enjoyed it so much. We were there several years ago before we got our RV. The place is so massive, we stayed in three different motels to cut down on all the driving. One was in Gardiner and our balcony overlooked a small river. Happy you finally got to see bison herds. We saw a bunch of people walking over a ridge from their cars so pulled over. When we got over the ridge, we were amazed. Saw hundreds of bison with dozens of babies. Amazing. When we were at Old Faithful, we saw it erupt and said hmm that wasn’t very impressive. We walked around the hotel and went up to the viewing platform and waited for the next eruption. So happy we did as it was so much more impressive. Did you notice when you were at Grand Prismatic Spring, that there was a trail that went up a nearby hill? We were too tired to walk up there but heard the view looking down on the Spring is fantastic. Thanks again for letting us relive all the great memories!!

I really enjoyed this video because I was in Yellowstone at the same time but because I'm almost 70, hiking around is too difficult and your video filled in so much that I didnt see while I was there. GREAT JOB !!! By the way, you said you didnt have cell reception in Yellowstone. When I was there I had Verizon cell reception. I have multiple cell phones with different carriers (Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon) and after traveling around full-time for the past 2+ years, I found that Sprint is useless, T-Mobile is good while in cities, but the absolute best because it works just about everywhere is VERIZON .. Verizon worked for me in Yosemite, Yellowstone, & Glacier National Parks. Also by the way, I really wished after you finished with Yellowstone, you would have headed north up into Glacier National Park and did a video going over Logan's Pass. You would have really enjoyed it. Logans Pass in Glacier National Park is the most breathtaking view I have ever seen.
David Haney I switched to Verizon from T-Mobile a couple of years ago too because I needed more broader coverage when I would go on vacations. But supposedly AT&T is right behind Verizon as far as having broad coverage

My entire family visited Yellowstone in July 2017 for my niece's destination wedding in Big Sky Montana at the Yellowstone Club. We took 2 incredible day trips into the Yellowstone Park & saw most of the sites that you filmed. It was very memorable, especially since my brother in law Ernie was just diagnosed with salivary cancer. We were busy making memories & had an unbelievable moment in time! Sadly he passed away in February 2019...but we recounted this trip with great joy! Keep on traveling ! Best regards from my ghost town Disneyland area neighborhood here in Southern California! Have a virtual IPA on us! 🍻🌞
I think Old Faithful is one of the 7 wonders of the world, if I’m remembering correctly. Yellowstone Park, to me, should be one of the wonders of the world! It is stunning. It’s been almost 30 years since I went there. I’m way overdue for a revisit!👍🏻👍🏻
I started watching your videos about this time last year Robert. I was looking for tips for our projected cross country trip from our home in central Florida to the west coast and back. Here I am still watching and enjoying your work a year later not having been able to make our trip, even to our home in Kissimmee, let alone across country. One day. We stayed at Bridge Bay in 1992 what a woderful vacation, thanks fr sharing with us Robert your video was amazing, and a heads up the Rangers told us the first week of September they leave for the Winter Season, who knew we went lat last week of August. there was a snowy blazer at the top of moutain going into Montana, soo beuatiful and we found the mother load of the Bison Heards wow, it was a sight to be seen.
Thank you once again you have taken us to a place we can not go to, how very vital and prophetic these videos are becoming, it was joy walking down to the falls and the walk around the hot sulfur beds (did that about 25 years ago), made me really happy, you captured the park so well, and the bison footage was amusing. The view of the falls from Artists Point is my favorite spot at Yellowstone. We stayed overnight in West Yellowstone MT and on the road leading out of the park to that town there was a bald eagle nesting site. I was able to get some photos of bison and one of a huge elk grazing at Furnace Creek in the northern part of the park

Great video. I visited Yellowstone and Grand Tetons in 2016. I managed to stay 2 nights at Old Faithful and 2 more at Canyon Lodge. I did the opposite direction, starting at Badlands and Mt Rushmore.
Hello Traveling Robert! Yellowstone is so spectacular with the hot springs and geysers, and so much beautiful scenery and wildlife. I think Old Faithful is one of the 7 wonders of the world, if I’m remembering correctly. Yellowstone Park, to me, should be one of the wonders of the world! It is stunning. It’s been almost 30 years since I went there. I’m way overdue for a revisit!👍🏻👍🏻
I was there last summer. On the first day of summer it snowed on me while I watched Old Faithful erupt.

I started watching your videos about this time last year Robert. I was looking for tips for our projected cross country trip from our home in central Florida to the west coast and back. Here I am still watching and enjoying your work a year later not having been able to make our trip, even to our home in Kissimmee, let alone across country. One day. I was sad, though, to see the terrible changes to Mammoth Hot Springs - it's almost all dried up. I was there last in 1997 and it was so very different. We stayed at Bridge Bay in 1992 what a woderful vacation, thanks fr sharing with us Robert your video was amazing, and a heads up the Rangers told us the first week of September they leave for the Winter Season, who knew we went lat last week of August. there was a snowy blazer at the top of moutain going into Montana, soo beuatiful and we found the mother load of the Bison Heards wow, it was a sight to be seen.

Thank you once again you have taken us to a place we can not go to, how very vital and prophetic these videos are becoming, it was joy walking down to the falls and the walk around the hot sulfur beds (did that about 25 years ago), made me really happy, you captured the park so well, and the bison footage was amusing. The view of the falls from Artists Point is my favorite spot at Yellowstone. We stayed overnight in West Yellowstone MT and on the road leading out of the park to that town there was a bald eagle nesting site. I was able to get some photos of bison and one of a huge elk grazing at Furnace Creek in the northern part of the park
Yellowstone is the best park for wildlife, everything else is bonus! Another great episode.

Great video. I visited Yellowstone and Grand Tetons in 2016. I managed to stay 2 nights at Old Faithful and 2 more at Canyon Lodge. I did the opposite direction, starting at Badlands and Mt Rushmore.
