Honestly, I hate to be negative about Disney, but they've done nothing to give us no reason to praise them. The imagineers are inept in designing an attraction that has constantly broken down since before they let the general public have their opportunity...and as someone who has an engineering background, it's going to do nothing but continue and worsen. The parks are nasty and under maintained something awful. Also the constant nickel and diming of their guests who are already paying an inflated price just to be there. I've got nothing good to say about Disney these days and Universal Orlando is pushing all the right buttons. I'll never set foot on Disney World property again, which is sad. I was there opening day 1971. Just couldn't bear to see my childhood memories destroyed.

It’s an old attraction with just a makeover. It used to break down all the time before they closed it for refurb. I am not mad at the virtual queue, it beats standing in a real queue all day without knowing if you will get on or not. Is it’s perfect, far from it but it’s not the worse thing either. Is it fair, not really to those who are technology adverse, I do feel sorry for them. To much reliance on phones but such is the way of the world now 😢😊

as someone who only gets to go to the parks every 5 years or so, so many things are new to me when I go I really have no expectation to ride the virtual queue rides. Sorry, but I kind of feel people that get irate, especially the ones who get angry at front line staff, because they don't get exactly their way, will never be happy with any system that doesn't put them first in line for everything. I do think however, that being forced to constantly look at our phones is a problem. The old paper slip system was far superior.

1. Use color filters. It’s the Magic Kingdom. Those colors should be popping.
2. A Two-shot when only one of you is talking is awkward. They call it a “talking head” for a reason, not a “nodding silent head.” Cut from one to the other.
3. Focus. When you stray from a set theme you lose your audience.
