Why I don’t Recommend You, “Listen to Your Body” (... and doing "THIS" instead.)

  • There are two buzzwords floating around today.
    1.) “Listen to your body."
    2.) "Self-Care."
    (I'll slam dunk the idea of "self-care" in another episode.)
    The reason we are trapped in our "Toxic Cycle" is BECAUSE we've been “listening to our body.“
    We're trapped in our feelings.
    The reason we're de-conditioned, weak, and overweight is because we "eat intuitively" and follow and "auto-regulated" approach to our health and fitness.
    Your brain is designed for three things.
    1️⃣: To keep you alive.
    2️⃣: Keep you safe.
    3️⃣: Avoid pain and seek pleasure.
    To make perpetual progress, detach from your emotions and follow a plan aligned to the numbers.
    If you've been "listening to your body" and you're still in the same place from 6 months ago.
