I use to have a 93 SHO green with the Yamaha v6. Great car. Really opened up on the highway.

Its a shame! Love those 96-99 SHOs. Rust Belt is what killed these cars

Yeah important to not fall into the sunk cost fallacy hole, reshelling is definitely the move.

Nice to see she’s running at least. Trust me I get it on condition mines not doing to great with rust either but I’m gonna enjoy it as long as I can.

I'm looking for a motor part to keep my 98 on the road. My 98 is rust free, I'm 73 y/o we should talk. When I die my SHO will be sold to the bone yard.

That's too bad about the engine, from what I understand he's really the only option anymore.

Hey I have a v8 sho that was my dad's car an I got so much memories with it I can't let it go all I need is a valve cover gasket an a transmission rebuild I need help fr

Valve cover gaskets can still be ordered from your local Ford dealer, I think. Rebuilding the transmission on the other hand should be your second choice. Buying a transmission from a salvage yard should be less expensive, since I believe it's a common Ford product.
