While a light stick transformation device might not happen, a light stick of some sort as an idol themed Miracle Light is something that i definitely see happening since their roles would definitely intersect, Light Sticks being used to cheer on your favorite idols, and Miracle Lights being used to cheer on the cures to give them a powerboost in a moment of crisis We could even have Miracle Lights being apart of the show proper if they lean more into the idol angle by having the team pass them out to their fans unaware that it's something that boosts their powers when they need it the most, and the more fans they amass the more they're able to get out of pinches quicker
Personally we need episodes for this idol precure series where the heroes get turned into cute cat and puppy and bunny forms by some spell or curse those would be adorable episodes
My rumors: 1.songs and outfits will be similar to pripara 2. idol change cards during transformation 3. I don't want to be rude, I just think the first part was redundant because precure is already a color-coded show. Their characters' design and merchandise are already in each cure signature color. We didn't really need a reminder. As someone who's not knowledgeable on idols culture, the part on type is really interesting because precure also follows this with the way they market their characters. I think a video on the common plot and tropes in idols anime would be welcome.

Here are my rumors for this season 1: They’ll purify the enemies by singing (I hope not) 2: it will start as a team of 3 and will have 2 midseasons (kinda like Hugtto) 3: just like in star twinkle, they might sing while they transform (Idk what else to put 😅)
I think the starting trio and mid season duo might work due to the nature of idol groups. Plus Reiwa era Precure is moving front and back in between teams of 4 and 5. Hoping Idol Precure follow the route of occasional male idol groups within female centric idol/band franchises. So far Pretty Rhythm have King of Prism, Pripara Idol time/land have relevent male idol groups as part of the narrative. Best guess the potential mid season duo might be a male group, if Precure wants that direction.
I wonder if You and Idol Pretty Cure will go back to having fighting/battle action as opposed to Wonderful Pretty Cure! having chase action 🤔. The chase action in Wonderful Pretty Cure is interestingly ok, and it was nice seeing Cure Nyammy doing some fighting/battle action when she made her full debut in the 12th episode, despite that wasn't what she was supposed to be doing.
