It might be real because of the heart brooch, I just noticed that plaid patterns on her bow and skirt, pinkish red. Looks like an idol too. Might be wrong
One thing that's throwing me off is that her face seems to be a couple of shades lighter than the non-shaded parts of her legs for some reason. I screenshotted and eyedrop-tooled the colors in my art program, and they are different. I'm not sure if a discrepancy like that would make it to a reference image for the animators to use.

Takahashi's character designs usually don't have eyes as big as this Cure's (and I honestly don't feel like the eye drawing style matches up). Also, even so I think that her hair is amazing and has a lot of pretty details, Takahashi's designs usually have even more details in the hair, specially in the bangs.

Since the franchise takes breaks and sequels approach in its 16 years run (starts with 2008 for the original team), the amount of magical girls/boys isn't large but not too overwhelming. So far, Noah (Yole) from the original lineup, and Symin from Star Fate has the most promotion both within the franchise and collaborations, in the magical boys category. The most recent series Star Fate has a mid season coded magical boy Symin, though his situation is the combination of veteran cures, otherworld cures, and antagonist turned cures. Star Fate 2nd season Butterfly Awakening focuses on some aspects of his development, even as an antagonist in the first half questioned himself.

to be fair, the Precure Franchise dabling with Idols and Idol Culture was long overdue. After all, we had a few Idols/idol adjacent cures in the past. The one, that I'm most familiar with being Cure Sword, who was actually lipsyncing with the Ending of Doki Doki, since Makoto was voiced by Miyamoto Kanako. The Outfits for Happiness Charge Precure also give off a strong "AKB48"-esque Idol Outfit vibe with the Vest complementing the Cure's image Color. Given the rise in Popularity of VTubers, especially with the big companies, like Cover Corp or Any Color promoting their Talents like idols, for better or worse, I can totally see one of the new cures being a VTuber, or in fact the Cure persona being their stage persona and treated in a similar way VTubers are treated? That would kind of fit with the setting and it has already been done in Happiness Charge, where the Cures are already established heroines and heroes. That can lead to a multitude of "Secondary Cures"( in my definition they are not the main group, like the International Cures, or even other "Senior Cures" which includes guest appearances of Cures from other seasons, as well as "Legendary Cures") As for the "leaked" Cure, her design gives off some "Frankensteining" vibes, where parts of her design look a lot like traits from several previous cures. The Face gives off Cure Heart vibes, while her hair seems to be a combination of several different Cures, like Cure La Mer, Cure Flora and the curls remind me of Cure Majesty. Her Skirt gives off some Cure Prism vibes, as well as her body proportions( "noodle arms and legs", which I found odd with Soaring Sky Precure's CG models) I'm also not sure about what to feel about the Pastell colors as a pink lead cure if this is the actuall design. To me these two colors are kinda clashing. However this design feels in line with the general design language of the cures. So it could be real.

To me these two colors are kinda clashing. However this design feels in line with the general design language of the cures. So it could be real.

Her design is so cute, I love her hair, I hope the other Cures have this "crazy hair style" it would be cool if the blue Cure had tear shaped eyes and the purple one in the shape of a heart, I would love it if the purple cure had a kind of jirai kei style mixing purple and pink
I hope we get plenty of moments of the Cures singing and dancing in both their Cure and civilian forms. I hope they do like Star Twinkle and have them sing during the transformation.

We don't know if this is a real or fake leak, but I gotta say that the design looks like a combination of both Cure Whip, Cure Heart, and Cure Flora.

The hair and the outfit are super cute but I really hope the weird pink poofy thing on the dress get removed I feel like that’s been such a common thing with precure lately and personally I think it takes away from the look and is kinda an eye sore other then that tho I really like this design
the design is giving me big go princess vibes, like I wouldn’t be shocked is this leak turned out being one of flora beta designs and i really love it
I think the only thing I’m iffy about is in your videos about the lead having pigtails, the girl has a lot of stuff in her hair which I can’t really see in this leak
Even though I’m iffy about it, I absolutely love this design and if my iffy-ness turns out wrong I would still be happy with this design
This design is leagues better than the designs in wonderful. While I am sad we aren’t getting a red lead cure, I’m still very happy with this, she looks incredible!!!!
I have feeling and prediction that the name of lead cure is "Cure I Love"
Its sounds similar with "Cure Idol" and match with heart theme
