The Boris Karloff as Frankenstein's Monster eyes really make ol' Trap Jaw emote with this figure.

i love how these aren't even up for order anywhere and yet, people like you and others like you have your hands on them already. how is this possible for something not even out yet ?
There is this whole continent called Asia... They have a few countries like China, India and Vietnam that manufacture these figures and most of the worlds products. These markets also receive these figures before most other countries because there is no shipping required.
That grey jaw is like the comic book version green trap jaw!
This New Eternia version of Trapjaw is on the Classics level. The Masterverse line has been improving with each new wave released. It's simply awesome!

I was going to pass on this figure, because I actually like the Revelation Trapjaw figure. I'm watching your review and I've decided to purchase this one. I'm glad that Masterverse is continuing the tradition of paying homage to his original sketch design. This helped with my decision, to purchase him.
I have this New Trap Jaw, and I have Classics Trap Jaw.
New Eternia Trap is a Better figure then Classics… I said it. 🤷♂️😃

Ok I wasn’t going to get him but after seeing him in detail, probably the best 6” TJ we have had to date. I do appreciate all 3 TJs have different looks and do their own thing which is always a good thing. I hate the same thing being done repetitively
Another MOTU Classics character that I don't feel bad about missing. This is the best version of Trap-Jaw so far. Now I wish they would make a New Eternia version of Scare Glow that is better than the Classics version. I wish they would redo the entire Classics line in New Eternia & make every figure better.
The sword sort of looks like the Sword of the Ancients from the cartoon episode "Masks of Power". There isn't enough "New Eternia" in this guy for me to make the upgrade from Classics, though that sword is pretty sweet.
I'm definitely getting this version of Trap Jaw, while the Revelations Trap Jaw will be displayed in his Motherboard cultist look.
He looks great. Definitely better than the first one they did. Not sure how I feel about those huge rivets on his robotic arm’s shoulder.

It looks like the New Eternia version is having an issue with the belt clasping. Is that true or were you leaving it loose for the review to make it easier to change things around?
That was just me...I wasn't paying attention and I yanked on the belt and it came undone but no issues with the belt...just user error

New Eternia subline has been stellar. Pretty much all of em are hits.
My only complaint is he doesn’t have a fist hand. Either than that, awesome!
You can use one of the many we already have in other figures. Colors might not match exactly but it could work. Maybe NA Skeletor's is the closest match.

This figure has everything a MOTU fan could ask for! It's not better than the Classics version, but different and more original that it feels like a whole new figure. I don't think I'll ever own a Classics version, but this one is definitely going to make up for it. Great review and I really enjoy this channel.
Agreed! I now had in several cases the impression that Masterverse starts to exceed Classics. Specifically Buzz-Off was a great improvement. This one clearly continues the trend and I hope it continues!
