See my reply for more reasons but this is perfect for a small family, a retired couple, a professional couple starting out but also someone like myself looking for a well designed bungalow which can double as both a tiny house and a workspace, where the workspace can easily be shielded away - indoor plants, screens, shelving - to enable the living area to be kept private when clients visit while enabling the entire space to be used as both living and working space. Brilliant design.
Wow, a lounge area which can be turned into a work area (craft and painting) leaving the kitchen/dining area which is separate and can easily have a couple of easy chairs added for relaxing in. Two bedrooms, one of which can easily become a spare room/office meaning this is the perfect design for someone like myself who is looking for a small house which can be used both for my dress making/designing and painting in one area while also having space to use as a actual living area for myself with a bedroom at the back meaning the living and working areas can easily be kept separate when clients visit. Ideal design for so many and the only one I've seen this well thought out which will appeal to a number of different types of people needing a small home either for themselves or as a family.
Lovely design. Replace the gated walls with a freshly manicured lawn and 🌳 trees round about. An backyard barbeque pit w/stone pizza stove & sitting area would set it off.
I would like to see the carport access pop out of the floor of the walkway around the outside of the house. A common crime these days is being followed home from the grocery store and confronted in front of your home. With stairs inside the garage, a door could be added on the face of the garage creating a safe place until the bad guys went away.
Ja! Das habe ich mir auch gedacht.... Meine Meinung: solche Designs sind nur ein Plan, richten sich nicht nach praktischen Erfordernissen der Bewohner.... Für mich sind diese Pläne nicht wirklich optimal.... Von Architekten würde ich mir bessere Ideen erwarten!
First KH design I’ve seen with a proper space for the washer dryer. I like it. It’s funny that what’s available to a bedroom now matches the 50-year old house I live in. Big bedrooms are a waste of space
Very nice! I like the ground floor garage, the stone wall on the entrance, planters and all the windows for natural light! And enclosed 2nd floor yard(nice for small children and small pets to play safely). And the transom windows above the TV. They let in light but still allow for privacy. For the cut out area between the living room and kitchen, I would have put a utility room, or the bathroom and put the utility room I. The bathroom and made the washer/dryer area a pantry? And I would have switched the sink and stove. (I like looking out the window when doing dishes)
Very nice! My reaction similar to Jomama's. I like the idea of a "food-prep island' (with sink) in middle of kitchen; allows for news-watching / talking with people during food-prep. I'd move toilet: off kitchen access not ideal.
Switch the sink and the range. A window behind the range? To keep it clean would be a bear. But of all the small/tiny home designs I've seen, this has been the best
This plan is better than some. The rooms are a functional size and have sufficient windows for natural light. However, the bathroom is not conveniently located. And a word of advice: When displaying any plan with furniture, do not place a double bed against a wall! No one wants to climb over another to get in and out of bed!
At 55 I still aim to have a nice one home like this in my country the PI. Got a farm of close to 2 hectares. I like the exterior, not to many corners. Thank you for Sharing.

I would like an entry to in the house from the garage, say - raining or something. Like bringing in groceries or don't want to get wet, blown from wind, or for other reasons. Like the dpaciousness and sunlight, greenery,- kitchen ok, ok bathrooms. Glad to see counter on top of washer or dryer. Blind are ok. Maria
remove the washer-dryer combo and just put in a separate washer and dryer there needs to be a door in the garage to get into the house loose the gated wall with plants/trees
VERY ARTICULATE THE GARAGE AREA PATIO/DECK PORCH EXPRESSION FOR A LOVELY SMALL HOME VERSION ! BURNT ORANGE AND LIME GREENS WOULD BE BEAUTIFUL ACCENTS AS WELL👨🎨👩🎨 👍

The thing that amazes me about these homes is that the garage is the biggest room in the house!
LOL exactly and the garage has no access except through the side stairs.

Won't that make the space below underutilize? It would probably have been best to have access to the carport directly from within

其實個設計可以更加完美 .
在 2 : 43 (停播) 看到 , 停車場後面 , 有一個地牢層 , 可以任意發揮 , 就不限於地面層的房間數量 !
房間可以和廚房對調 , 讓房間增強私密性 !
不過，可能兩地文化不同，中國講求「私密性」、而外國講究「開揚」、無障礙！
