SR, it looked like when you snapped in the first case (York) it went on pretty easy. I just ordered one, but now I'm wondering if the Rubber/TPU sides are slick and not so snug after all. Any opinion on this?
Thanks for the first-hand look. I have been looking for a case that is pretty much exactly like the Carson, except with more drop protection on the pop-out case. In a dream world, I'd love a leather folio with not only that but also an s-view window on the front. If anyone has any thoughts on either, it would be much appreciated. Navigating the world of options for cases has become a real gauntlet! Cheers!
I don't think there is excellent drop protection case + flip wallet cover in the market. i am also searching for such a product mix but i have never found one. I really need a good drop protection case. A flip wallet cover is already a protection by itself as it is usually thick, no matter what material it is, or whether it is expensive or not. In the end i got a mous case and bought a low cost china flip wallet cover with magnets inside (but it is quite nice looking!) The mous case has weak magnets inside (don't think will have same issue with other strong case brands), i had to improvise to superglue metal plates (basically magsafe metal rings) and it worked! now i got a top of the line drop protection case + a random flip wallet cover that manage close properly on the thickness of mous case. and i saved a lot of money. Blackbrook's product is nice looking, i almost want to get it but i need a tough casing, + its too expensive. i had to pay a total USD150 to get Blackbrook delivered to me.
@@SlickReviews there are 2 magnets one on inner case that alone won't affect the spen bit the outer case also will have a magnet and when combined it will u get same problem on most if not all magsafe cases
Thanks for the review and the s pen warning 11:48

My York fits like a glove. If you're concerned about the fit of yours I'd recommend getting in touch with them to see if they will exchange it.

Good video, bro.
Thanks for your support!
its the main case magnet not the clasp all magsafe cases will do the same thing
I tested it pretty thoroughly and the issue is only in the center right of the screen next to the clasp. In any case it's good for people to know.

@@SlickReviews so if u remove the phone and leave inner case on to use spen u have no issue
Correct. No issue when it's just the holder not attached to the folio and when it is attached the entire screen is unresponsive to the S-pen
@@bryanwarmuth6434dude he even showed it at 11:35 did you even watch the video 🤣
