I feel you when you say that it’s hard to impress you. I think when your collection is soooo vast, it’s awesome and sad at the same time because stores rarely have anything that I don’t already have. Anywhoo. I enjoy your videos.
From what I know about the turtle back it’s probably best to be kept in a terrarium. It also grows best in mid or high light but not direct sun. I don’t know much but that I do lol. Love your videos!! My wife and I are big fans!!
Just putting it out there Buceplant sells a lot of stuff like this for reasonable prices, they sell plants for aquariums, terrariums, vivarariums and have a huge inventory.
I'm at the same point and can relate. Local stores don't have anything new and even online I am a pretty hard sell. I've been on the live sales too (I've seen you there 😉) and I did score a variegated adansonii for $18. It is gorgeous! Also got an Anthuriun Pallidiflorum (long leaves!) and it is super cool! Now I'm obsessing about Anthuriums, lol. My issue is figuring out what to do with my current plants that I'm not in love with so I can make room to get more interesting new ones. Our tastes mature and change and it's so fun! I love watching your collection grow and change. I hope you do some unboxings of the live sale plants!
Sis!! I'm so excited to find your channel... Not you got me pausing and writing all the names down.. You are about to have me plant broke.. 😂😂😂 Love the video!! ❤❤❤❤❤ Def a new subby..
I love the hoya and the zebra fern! I need to find the hoya for my collection.💜 I just recently got a crocodile fern with no fern experience. Im hoping it does well for me.
I’ve never seen the turtle one. It looks like a Calathea, but it’s really neat looking. You would probably like the Calathea white fusion you should look for that.
@@GardenOfKayland I just ordered one tonight from a seller in Toronto so hopefully no pests. I haven't been able to find one lately. I think you would, love it.
They carry these at my local nursery and I almost bought one the other day, but it didn’t have as much pink so I’m waiting for one that has more pink. I’m wondering if I just let it grow if that will develop anyway.

I found that turtleback plant and have been tempted to get it. However, I did some research and found they were difficult to
So far so good. No issues yet. Fingers crossed! Thanks for watching

It’s a new experience but my fingers are crossed that it stays pink
@@GardenOfKayland I hope so too. I'm going back this week to see what they have. Just bought a Pink princess, and Jose bueno. Can't wait to get them.
Girl what are you feeding that anthurim?? I have the same cross, but have never seen leaves like that! Do you have it in a really bright spot?
Eh, kinda. It’s got a north window on one side of it and a grow light on the other side. It wasn’t doing much for a while but LATELY?!! showin out.
The Flamingo Dream is a wish list for me!!! How much did you pay for it?
I can’t remember exactly but I’m thinking like $40!
