Great message at the end. We are wired to FOMO… That something on the screen is always more important, exciting, interesting. Life in its simplicity is BEAUTIFUL. Thank you♥️♥️♥️

Hi Nathan. I have a question for your next Q and A. Many teachers talk about "what you resist persists," but the flipside to this is grasping what is wanted. As I've prioritized presence and present moment awareness as well as going deeper into my meditation practice, I've noticed many positive side effects.
For instance, I've noticed I'm much more grounded, available, and authentic in my interactions with others. It feels really good. However, there's a part that wants to grasp at this. Or to try and "maximize it" (as if it needs my thinking mind's assistance). Or even to compare "myself" now to that mindblowing time of presence in the past.
It all just happens as a matter of habit. I can see it all as thinking. I realize now that just as I do my best to catch myself and return to the breath and present moment awareness when mind goes off on tangents of negative thought, I must also do the same when things are going well or as my mind desires. This has been a more subtle discovery as its easier to be seduced with the mind's train of thought when it is positive.
I don't know what my question is other than to ask if we should be conscious of letting go of thought and returning to the breath and present moment awareness even when the result of your practice is yielding "the time of your life?" And if so, could you elaborate?

Hi Nathan. I rarely look at the screen during your talk at the end. I usually just listen with my eyes closed. I find the message sinks in more naturally and it becomes part of the meditation. I very much enjoy and benefit from this practice. Cheers from Oz.
