-4 medium tomatoes
-1 cooked carrot
-1 red bell pepper
*To cook ground beef:
-1 Tbsp vegetable oil
-250g ground beef
-1/4 tsp black pepper
-1/4 tsp onion powder
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-1/4 tsp ground coriander
-1/4 tsp smoked paprika
-1/4 tsp salt
*To prepare spaghetti:
-boiling water
-1 Tbsp salt
-300g spaghetti
*To prepare spaghetti sauce with ground beef:
-1 Tbsp vegetable oil
-1 medium onion
-1 tsp minced garlic
-1 jalapeno
-tomato sauce
-1/2 tsp black pepper
-1/2 tsp onion powder
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
-1/2 tsp smoked paprika
-1/2 tsp oregano
-1/2 tsp ground coriander
-1/2 tsp salt
-ground beef
-1/4 cup spaghetti water
-spaghetti
-fresh parsley
