I'm not sure what you are seeing, but guessing you need to give Zoom access to your camera and mic on your phone. If that is the problem, you could try searching online for directions for your type of phone if you don't know how.

Am I supposed to download the file and then click on the link? 2. I don't know when and where I should enter the seat number. I'm not familiar with a seat number. My suggestion would be to open the pdf and click the link a few minutes before the meeting starts, and then watch for a prompt to enter the seat number.
@@padmabasavatia3827 Is the problem that you can't change the background shown for you when you are on a Zoom call on your phone? Some phones may not support that feature in the Zoom app.
