Hey! I’m in an accelerated masters of nursing program. As far as the drug guide goes, my school paid for us a subscription to Nursing Central, an app that has the drug guide, taber’s medical, etc. It really came in handy. As far as the vital signs, it totally depends on the patient. For example, my first clinical rotation was on the transplant floor and some patients were Q8and some were Q4. It just depends on their status.
