I have always loved Jason & Christalina Evert, books speeches, but something that does throw me off: Back then women got proposals left and right, and I feel that nowadays, it seems like marriage is looked down upon- “If you’re going deal with the worst: Do you want it to be with THIS person.” Which I get the logic behind it, but it seems like our generation has to really overthink it, because even then you may not know for sure. No wonder men don’t propose like they used to.

Is 20 too early to be engaged?

I don’t think so, If I got engaged at 20, with the man I love, who brings me closer to God without question. I wouldn’t think 20 is too young. In fact my Aunt and uncle got married at 19, and they have been married for like 20-something years (still going strong). And they’re 28-40 year olds still immature to marry as well, just depends what you think.
