This video was truly eye-opening! From how they select the materials to the final product, every step exudes precision and care. I have so much admiration for how the Japanese have preserved and evolved their craft over generations.
I own a 1987 Japanese Stratocaster guitar made in Matsumoto Japan in the Epiphone plant and it is so good that Eric Clapton would love this guitar because it’s tones are unmatched by any other guitar sounds in the world! I play this guitar to my God in worship because it is the highest quality sounding guitar that I own! My God gets the best guitar and my Japanese Stratocaster is my best sounding guitar.
This is a process I wanted to see. I like the way they’re packaged. The tin’s lid is the coil holder. Very convenient. Would love to see this packaging in Canada 🇨🇦. Nice.
I love the Japanese, the artistry, skill, dedication and respect they bring to the things they make is of the highest in the world I think. It might sound odd, but I hope they don't become multicultural, because the world would one of the most beautifully artistic, meditative cultures.
I love to watch these videos of old-fashioned Japanese factories. Those decorated tin cans look like they are worth more than the mosquito coils inside 😄 In Brazil, the same kind of product has been sold in a very crude and flimsy cardboard package that never changed in decades. But I think few people use these coils nowadays.
I was impressed by the Archive in the founders house from the Mosquito coil factory, but my god, I'm blown away by the tradition, hands on work and perfection from the ink stick factory. I'd love to know which factory it was so I could buy one. I don't have a use for it, just for appreciation. P.S. Yes, I've seen the price tag - I don't care...
I wish you'd go into more detail with the buttons it was so interesting. It be neat to know how they decide on classification and how they choose the shells to cut. I also think it'd be neat to see quality control where you see what gets kicked out cuz not everything is going to be perfect in any of these processes and we never see the ones that get taken out
❤❤outstanding job guy's great job and excellent work great to see how it's made in the factory 🏭 keep up the great work and two thumps up thanks for the video on this 😊😊😊😊😊
Please note how they ensure that the tin lid is oriented the same way for all cans and it's facing the end customer. That is really attention to detail and quality control.

I’m with you on this! The care they put into every detail is something we don’t see often anymore. Truly a work of art.
The craftsmanship is on another level! It’s fascinating how they’ve maintained such high standards over the years.
Yes, the way they blend tradition with innovation is remarkable. It’s amazing to see how such skills are passed down through generations.
Yes.
Those coils keep many people Malaria free here in Africa. 👊

These production processes were 10 times more handmade than imagined.
Nice sharing video

The art on the packing of the coil is so good I would keep the tin after I use it :)
Bagus banget cara pembuatan yah
There's a sort of poetry, a beauty, to everything the Japanese do. Mezmerizingly so.
Skills we pray are never lost.. Thank you
Awesome video. In the Philippines, we called it 'Katol Lamok siguradong Tepok'.😊
the japanese factory are always clean
The Japan is all always very clean.
The 🌎 can be clean.
I'd like to see them make the soap the ink guy uses! Wondering if he gets clean,or stays black? Dirty way to make a living. So props to the guy!
I never get tired of watching the amazing craftsmanship of Japan and South Korea.
Nhà máy sản xuất thép Nhật Bản hết hồn. Tận dụng phế liệu chế tạo thép.. 🇯🇵👍
Black wind fire and steel
O las garrapatas 😂😂😂

5:04 you need 3 people to take 1 small light tray off the belt but only one small woman to push the stack around...logic love it
Very nice documentary. I'm learning a lot of things here. Documentaries would be even nicer without any music.
I loved the last one , the buttons looks awesome 🥰

You wont catch me without one of these traveling outdoors or to certain areas. Mosquitos will become your new suit otherwise
i didn't expect... those mosquito coil manufacturing still involve a lot of manual labour... i thought it's fully automated...
22:25 Ahh, Nice.

Thank you for showing how the ink is reconstituted with water! I used by brush on the ink, not grinding the ink on the block. Now I know

Literally the only people that are glad mosquitos exist.
It smells very good. Mosquitoes ❤ it too.
Seeing those nets on the hills always reminds me of someone saying "using nets to catch water!" And thinking it was a joke...
Schön 👍🤝🙋♂️
"Die 5 bisher unbekanntesten Herstellungsprozesse!" Stimmt!
❤❤outstanding job guy's great job and excellent work great to see how it's made in the factory 🏭 keep up the great work and two thumps up thanks for the video on this 😊😊😊😊😊

You are right.

Is this much hand work typical for Japanese factories or are these factories more for high end products?
Gosto muito dos vídeos. Julio Urratouros, do Brasil ❤

Who knew so much work went into a mosquito coil or shell buttons? :)
I love these inksticks 💕
Please note how they ensure that the tin lid is oriented the same way for all cans and it's facing the end customer. That is really attention to detail and quality control.
I always use the mosquito coils, but never seen them this big.
Ternyata dijepang masih pakai obat nyamuk bakar..
