I've always been friendly but admittedly have a difficult time establishing true friendship as an adult. Those that I considered my friends, in reflection, was for selfish convenience. And in trying to improve my relationship with Christ, those friendships dont seem congruent. Losing a great childhood friend because of my selfishness is a deep regret.
