I’m totally the same way when it comes to planning. I make a to do list in my bullet journal but then I’m super flexible about when I do stuff. And if some things don’t get done, I’m totally fine with that. Stress is my enemy, and I definitely also need a lot of rest and downtime. So glad I’m not the only one like that.
