Ltd to have the Godzilla suit loaned to Tsuburaya Productions, which had been left in Toho's warehouse now that Toho, at the time was moving on to use a new suit for Son of Godzilla. The conditions for using the suit however was that it'd be in good condition once filming was complete. So it’s not that “they didn’t even bother to change the suit.” Their hands were tied. @@tf2freakshow870 not really, many of the sets, models and suits from the Godzilla franchise were reused and modified with suits from ultra Q and also the series had less pyro-technics than an average Godzilla movie and generally lesser quality of special effects compared to the Godzilla movie even the Godzilla movies by the time but still impressive since they did that in a very short amount of time.
