Rock is not dead! It just moved to Japan!
Dyk that even the Earth stops revolving to listen to BAND-MAID. That's World Domination for you :)
@rogerchance9074 Cheers Super Roger.👍 Can you please also save everyone from instant death when they hurtle across the planet as the Earth suddenly stops spinning? Specifically B-M first & me 2nd. The rest can be drawn by ballot.🦸♂️
these ladies are so talented and humble , they are loved by there fans and they return that love 3 times
And funny AF
I've been listening to rock and roll for almost 45 years now, you do the math as to who was hot back then. BAND-MAID is hands down my favorite contemporary band. FYI, they have tour info on their RUclips page under the community header, just scroll down for the US dates, also, they don't mind if you use their official videos, both live and studio, they like the exposure and they damn well deserve it. I have listened to almost all of their stuff from Brand New Maid to the recent stuff. Absolutely love it all.
I've watched this video many many times and its never boring. Great reaction. Believe it or not ... this is just a sampling of the great tunes these ladies produce. You can literally throw a dart at their music selections and never miss on a great song because they do not have any bad music tracks. By the way...these videos are never blocked. If you want to see a drum solo..."Freedom" (official live vid). If you want to see the latest instrumental..."From Now On" ... If you want something heavier with double kick.... Rinne". If you want a great rock ballad...."Day dreaming". If you want an acoustic version (no battle gear on) is "Catharsis" or "Sayonakidori". These are all on their RUclips page with no blocking.
The first video "THRILL" is what saved this band and is a must see. Of course, with all Maidiacs, we can always disagree on our favorites but we all agree that Band-Maid is the top rung on the music ladder. Have a great day, po!
I made my virtual musical trip to Japan about a year ago, and I haven't come back yet. Welcome to Japan, the greatest rock and metal revival in the world today! Who says rock is dead!
Great reaction. As an old-school rocker/metalhead, Band-Maid is the first band in many years to get me excited about music again.
Little bit of trivia:
There is a picture you can find on the internet of Akane & Jimmy Page from Led Zeppelin. Apparently, he saw Band-Maid perform, and after the show went backstage to compliment Akane on her drumming. What greater honor to get than a compliment from one of music's most famous guitarists (and band mate of the great John Bonham).
There is also a photo of the Ladies with Rick Nielson of Cheap Trick. He also wanted a photo with the Ladies. When old school rocker Icons like Jimmy and Rick want photos with an up and coming band, that band has SOMETHING special going for them. And we now know what it is. Talent and love for their fans with no ego to get in the way.
These ladies can melt your face🥵....but also....melt your heart!.❤🔥...Long May They Reign!👑🥰
I found these guys through The Warning. Apparently if you watch either band, the other one will pop up in your RUclips algorithm. The two bands are mutual fans. There are a few videos out there of them meeting at the Aftershock festival last summer. Band Maid is definitely on a 10th anniversary tour here in the states. I have tickets to see them when they come to Nashville in May. Psyched.
Oh man, you guys should check out one of their instrumental songs next! The two official ones on their channel are Onset and From Now On. Solos for days, just incredible.
Love your reaction! You two should see them live. I saw them last October and will see them again this coming May. They are indeed the best rock band on the planet today! And lovely humans as well, so polite, so nice. I love these ladies so much.
Cool that you guys will be continuing the voyage. As others have mentioned, Band-Maid's songs are so consistently brilliant that you can choose just about anything and not be disappointed. I'd go for a live (best when they have an audience) like Freedom or Play; or MVs like Warning or Blooming. Or really just anything.
Thanks guys! Great song and reaction. Hoping the Maids can make it out to Denver.
Amazing is right! I am a major fan and never tire of listening to them, getting pumped up and happy!
I saw them last year in Chicago. Excited to see them again this year in Nashville. You to have see Band-maid live. It’s an experience you’ll never forget.
For almost 3 years, my favorite band. Saw them in Seattle last October, was amazing. Welcome down the rabbit hole. Enjoy the ride.
The bass player tucks her pick in her fingers so she can slap. From Now On is an instrumental to give their singer a break. Their 10th anniversary tour kicks off in Houston this May going through the south and midwest.
Welcome aboard, inRopinion. You are embarking on (along with many others - 170 million YT views plus over 40 million reactor plays!) an awesome, progressive, hard-rock journey with 5 incredible women. Here's my intro blurb for those who may be new to Band-Maid:
BAND-MAID’s songs and sound beat with the heart and soul of all rockers. But you’ll also hear heavy influences of Prog, Punk, Metal and Pop, with nice touches of Blues, Jazz, Funk and Grunge. Sometimes they use multiple genres within the same song. Their Composition, Execution, Joy of Playing, Consistency (125 songs), Uniqueness, Charisma, Charm and, oh yeah, Cuteness factor, position them as becoming the hard rock Beatles of our time! In other words, they’re destined for mega-stardom.
Each member's personalities are super interesting and their musicianship among the best. Their writing, arrangements and overall sound, especially guitar tones and drums, are kick-ass! Having seen them LIVE, I can honestly say their performance, sound, stage appearance, and band synergy is off-the-rails spectacular!
Band-Maid is the only band in decades where I love nearly EVERY song they’ve done. I have over 70 favorites! "Thrill" (2014) is a great place to start: ruclips.net/video/Uds7g3M-4lQ/видео.html Their songs from albums Unleash, Unseen World, Conqueror, World Domination, Just Bring It, Brand New Maid, and New Beginning drive even more - Warning, No God, Different, Black Hole, Rinne, Blooming, Moratorium, Domination, Clang, Dice, Spirit, Don’t You Tell Me, Turn Me On, Fate, Play, Hide-And-Seek, Secret My Lips, Puzzle, Choose Me, I Can’t Live Without You, and on and on.
But don’t miss out on their powerful, beautifully written, mid-tempo songs like Daydreaming, About Us, Memorable, Anemone, Endless Story, PAGE, At The Drop Of A Hat, Mirage and Smile... or more punky like After Life, Don’t Let Me Down and Screaming… or funky like Bubble… or bluesy like Manners and The Dragon Cries… or poppy like Start Over… or a bit jazzy like Wonderland… or progressive like No God, Giovanni, and Black Hole… or cultural like the Band-Maiko series… or instrumentals like From Now On, Don’t Be Long, Onset, Without Holding Back and Going Nuts… or their many acoustic versions like Catharsis and Sayonakidori... and last but not least, their Anime hits like Sense, Glory and Unleash (from their own Anime MV (series?)): ruclips.net/video/7LB_EPS48HE/видео.html)
And many songs are represented with nearly 50 well produced music videos. ruclips.net/user/BANDMAID
Most performances should be experienced from their LIVE audience & online OKYU-JI concerts:
ONLINE OKYU-JI (Feb. 11, 2021) “No God” ruclips.net/video/nAdWnIRjGak/видео.html
Tokyo's LINE CUBE SHIBUYA (February 14, 2020) “Domination” ruclips.net/video/QbyQCJn6rYg/видео.html
ZEPP 2018 “Real Existence” ruclips.net/video/-qQnKILR5u0/видео.html
Shinkiba Studio Coast 2017 and other full concerts are on bandmaidprime.tokyo, bili, and official Band-Maid’s DVD/BD/CD.
“P and D²” 30+ Photo Collage videos at www.youtube.com/@PinD2/videos
And some of the better quality fan videos are excellent. Here’s two of what it’s like to see Band-Maid LIVE at an intimate venue:

If you like Band-Maid, make sure to support them by purchasing some concert tickets, CD, DVD/BD & Merch, etc. bandmaid.tokyo
Like most Band-Maid songs, I like them from the get-go but really start to appreciate them after more hearings and seeing their LIVE videos. I'll go back and see an older song like YOLO, Order, Shake That, Freezer, Before Yesterday, Real Existence, Non Fiction Days and Alone, etc. and realize there's no band that can consistently construct and play like Band-Maid.
For fun, check out an awesome, little known "Mega Band-Maid Mix" by DJ Ray of some of their earlier stuff: facebook.com/djrayboston/videos/1004709499579009
Band-Maid Members:
Saiki Atsumi (Sy-i-Key or Psyche) “Ice Queen" - Lead vocals, arrangements and melodies. At 29 and the youngest, “Sensei” (Teacher) as band members call her, has the last word on many musical decisions. High-heels or sneakers, Sai-chan’s smile melts away her sometimes perceived, coldish persona. Saiki’s powerhouse performances, charisma, and voice focus the experience that’s driven her to the top echelon of hard rock frontwomen... or frontmen!
Miku Kobato (Me-Ku) "Small Pigeon" - Rhythm guitar, vocals, lyricist, 31 years old. “Koba”, as Saiki calls her, is the Band founder and a firecracker MC & PR SpokesPigeon, po! Her “Magic Spell Time” charm and energy ignite the room. Kuruppo! No, no, no… KURUPPO!!
Kanami Tono (Ka-Na-Me) “Princess” - Lead guitar, keyboards, 31 years old, is a prolific writer of most Band-Maid material. Kanami (translates “Song Wave”) is a possessed riff-slayer who’s so damn adorable it hurts. The only thing you want from Mincho is more!
Akane Hirose (A-Ka-Nay) "Gorilla" - Drums, 32 years old, band energizer & co-clown with MISA. Achi’s talents include massive consumption of noodles and bananas, of course, (even during performance!) while revolutionizing rock drumming with relentless drive, dynamics and the kick. This “DrumZilla” is the Party!
MISA (Me-Sa) "Barefoot Assassin" - Bass, 30 years old. An alluring free spirit driving her 5-string to rapturous low-ends while pulling off surprising counter leads with Kanami, off-stage MISA is the band’s goofball ballerina. Sometimes seen as the Mysterious One because she lets her instrument do the talking, the Assassin literally kills it… every note... uniting Band-Maid’s world-class rhythm section. A slug of JB, a slight grin, and let the slappin’ begin… MISA! MISA! MISA!
Maidiacs (Maid-e-acts) - Band-Maid’s crazed yet supportive, knowledgeable and loyal Super Fans.
[BAND-MAID NEWS]

Fans can now see more than 50 great live performances with awesome audio, etc. like Fate, I Can't Live Without You and the great MISA / Kanami exchange in Don't You Tell Me. Those concerts are two of the best produced & performed concerts ever recorded, IMO. bandmaidprime.tokyo
The Maids SOLD OUT 2022 US tour just wrapped up and was a fantastic success. And so many great live fancams to watch! Their playing and antics were as fresh and fun to experience from first show to last. And their opening for Guns and Roses, The Last Rockstars, and their sold out 8,000 seat Garden Theater concerts were huge successes. BRAVO Band-Maid!!!!!

MOAR BANDMAID
Saw them in Chicago last November and got VIP tickets for Detroit in May. This is the first band I've ever bought vip for. If they're close go see them if you can it's literally a vibe that can't be explained at one of their shows.
The floor was literally bouncing at one point that night. No God was the best song of the night IMHO. Song is on a whole new level live.
@@Parker-- The floor at the Fillmore in DC was bouncing so much during "No God" I was worried we'd all end up on the news.
I’ll be there in Detroit! It will be my first time seeing them.
That Chicago show was great, 1st time I have ever flown in to watch a show and it was worth the effort.
@@tackle47 Same for me, I flew from NYC to Seattle to catch the 1st one man show at the start of their US Tour. Totally Worth It!
Glad you came back to the best band this century so quickly. There’s so many songs to choose from. Play Official Live was the song right before this. You can also checkout Blooming or Warning music videos (the live version of Warning is without an audience so I suggest the MV).
There is plenty more to come!!
saw BAND-MAID in San Diego
WoW
been a fan for a few years and got to see them live
every member kickz azz
rock & roll music at its finest
these ladies been working hard and its paid off
Got my VIP tickets for Houston and Austin, and saw them last October in Dallas. I cannot overstate how amazing they are live and the community and fan base is amazing as well.
Another amazing Japanese lady metal band you must watch is Nemophila and the usual starting place for them is the song "Dissension", the original Japanese version NOT the US version. They take it up a notch, on the heavy factor, and are just as technically talented as these girls. The Holy Trinity of Japanese lady metal/rock bands is considered by many to be Nemophila/Band-Maid/Lovebites as all 15 girls from the bands are genius musicians and the toppest of the top tier. This rabbit hole is deep, and beyond these 3 bands I've mentioned, the are at least another 20 amazingly talented and widley varied all girl Japanese metal bands that you will soon discover if you so choose
Thank you for including his wonderful band on your channel.
Videos that come from the official Band-Maid channel are safe to react to without disguising them or otherwise jumping through hoops to avoid a legal challenge. Their popularity was largely facilitated by such reviews and they appreciate it.
In real life at concerts, the bassist typically is on our left, the super shredder lead guitarist is on our right and they're all righthanded.
I introduce them with names in western order, surname last. In Japanese it is the opposite.
The rhythm guitarist with a red rose in her hair and white tights is the founder who had worked in "maid cafes" and decided that dressing as maids and then blasting the audience with a hard rock sound would be cool. Her stage name is Miku Kobato. Kobato means literally "small pigeon" which is what we call a dove. She has a bunch of lore and jokes about that.
"MEE-koo ko-BAH-to" ["o" in kobato is long O like "toe"]
Nickname The Pigeon.
Miku is cheif lyricist, spokesperson and contract negotiator as well as guitarist.
She plays any of her collection of Zemaitis masterpiece guitars.
Her first recruit and her guitar teacher is Kanami Tono, who is lead composer, in plain white headdress and dark hose. She is usually modest and quiet but can get carried away onstage. Typically on our right playing a PRS.
"kah-NAH-mee TO-no"
Nickname Mincho, or Riff Machine.
Mincho knew a great drummer with jazz chops, named Akane Hirose. She typically works with one bass but a double pedal. And can make triplets fit in soundspaces you wouldn't expect.
"ah-KAH-neh hee-RO-seh"
Nickname: The Gorilla [both for her sheer power, and for her often eating bananas on the job without dropping a beat to keep up her energy in concerts that typically last two hours]
Akane knew a great bass player from her music school days named MISA. At least that is the only name we have. They sometimes played backing a singer or in a jazz club.
MISA is typically on our far left in a long black dress, in stocking feet, which she says is to feel the drumbeats to synch with them better.
She is the tallest, quietest vocally, and standing near the far edge of the stage in black with her shoes kicked off, looks like a Ninja assassin on a mission. Nickname: The Assassin.
She slays songs and hearts. But don't ask her full name.
"MEE-sah"
Or as said by her fans at concerts, "MEEEEESAAAAHHHHHHH!!
After assembling such a strong band, Miku - and everyone - realized they needed a much more powerful vocalist. Saiki Atsumi ["SIGH-kee at-SOO-mee"] was the standout. Regal and relatively tall, with a natural and emotive yet powerful delivery, she had a commanding stage presence despite her experience not having included frontwoman before. She has continually developed her techniques, especially following her surgery to remove nodes from her vocal cords in 2017. During her recovery Miku covered some lines very smoothly, and they created more instrumentals and Miku moments to ease pressure on her voice, and voice coaching allowed her to sound even stronger wihout strain.
Her solemnity in the early days brought the title of the "Ice Queen." These days she is more relaxed and I think "The Queen" suffices.
Miku stepped back to second vocalist and learned guitar on the job with Kanami being her Sensei/Teacher. Today, 10 years of intense work later, the Pigeon has skills. Kanami has said Miku can outplay her on certain passages now.
I believe she also has been practicing new vocal skills.
There are many fun discoveries to make down this "pigeon hole" and I think you will really enjoy the journey.
Saw them in Chicago a few months ago and gonna see them again in St. Louis in May.
Woooo! BAND-MAIDs back. So glad to have you in the BM family.
When I see more than 400 likes I automatically put like. Brothers madiacs can’t be wrong!
Fyi . You do not have to obscure videos from Band Maid or pause as long as it's an official Band Maid video or a fan-cam. Band Maid love watching reactions of the their videos, and many times if they spot reactors at their live shows they will give them a shout out.
They don’t disappoint live ! Best band I have found and I am 54 yrs old !!!
Freedom(Live) next please from the same concert. Great job guys.
Thank you for the wonderful reaction.
The band maid who is loved from all over the world is very proud as a Japanese.
Great to see more and more people find this band amazing and full of talent, you can try some of their instrumental tracks, the last one is “From now on” and you’ll see how versatile and incredible sound they have. They remained me of the 90’s rock, grunch, metal of that time. Great band period. See you next reaction.
Told you they were even better live. No need to reverse their videos or MV's or cover them over as they're very cool about reactors - and Kanami and MISA and Miku look a little odd playing left-handed!
FUN FUN! I just watched a couple of your reactions. this is THE TIP! Have fun on the trip down the pigeon hole!!!
Awesome! Thank you!

MISA! MISA! MISA!
Eeekk!! Misa is on the Wrong Side!!
LoL!!
More Band Maid Always!!
Japanese Rock and Metal has just Exploded across the World in the last Decade so keep looking for more!!
Put your Kitsune UP!! Po!
Your channel is right up my alley. So glad you like Band Maid and i look forward to more of your reactions. Welcome to the pigeon hole.
Another Japanese band to look into is Ningen Isu. They have been around since the 80's but have recently gotten more exposure through RUclips. Namahage and Heartless Scat would be good songs to start with.
The Warning and BAND-MAID are co-headlining a concert June 12, 2024 in Japan. To catch up check out these Live BAND-MAID just uploaded: DON'T YOU TELL ME-Live, HATE-Live, ENDLESS STORY-Live.
Others have posted the US tour dates for May, so I'll just add on their official website if you look down in the bottom right corner there is a tab to switch the language from Japanese to English. 😉
New Maidiacs!! :) ... welcome down the rabbit-hole, lots more to see and hear ... and I mean LOTS!!. Great and honest reaction guys, looking forward to more (jeez I wish they'd come to Australia, we're only a few hours away)
Surely if they want to dominate the world - they must come to Australia sometime. Please come down here BM - we need some Band Maid loving too.
Believe me! It's just the start! Each new one will be a new favorite lol. They also have different styles. If you want to stay in hard and fast songs, Dice, From Now On (instrumental), Unleash!!!!, Warning. For classic rock-ish: Manners, Bubble. Mid tempo: Cross, Wonderland, Freedom.
This was my intro to Band-Maid a year ago and I still got goosebumps of the Miku - Kanami🥰guitarbattle.
It made me fell deep into this pigeonhole (you get it eventually) I don`t want to get out off.
I`m looking forward to see you continue this Band-Maid journey.
For your next reaction: just pick one, you can`t go wrong with Band-Maid
fyi Band-Maid and The Warning are fans of each other. They met at Aftershock and there was talk of maybe a collaboration between the two
Welcome to the glorious rabbit hole that is Band Maid.
You are in a great lane for your first two songs, and if you want more, I recommend you watch Real Existence (Live) next.
At one point, vocalist Saiki (Sigh-kee) said that Real Existence was the “perfect Band Maid song”. I agree with her.
Enjoy!
Our pulses race together.
Yes. Yes they do
5/14 - Houston, 5/15 - Austin, 5/19 - Atlanta, 5/21- Nashville, 5/22 - Charlotte, 5/24 - Detroit plus some festivals mixed in. Also a possibility that they will be back in the US in August.
If you are in Chicago, maybe Detroit is closest in May. They are doing festivals in Columbus and St. Louis I think, but you should really see their full show. They are also coming back in August, no dates announced yet.
Don’t miss their concert. The Maidiacs will keep you informed
Saiki on vocals,Miku (the founder of this marvellous band) on rythm gtr,Misa on bass,Kanami on lead guitar and Akane on drums
well 2 out of 2 is not bad...
10 out of 10 would be awesome...
20 out of 20 you would think impossible.....
100 out of 100 with *BAND-MAID* it is possible 😊
Damn right it is.👍
Yeah! One from my Holy Trinity: Band-Maid, The Warning and Nightwish.
Greetings from the Nightwishland a.k.a Finland 🇫🇮
Even playing backwards Band Maid is better than most! 😂
🎶🎸🥁🎸🎶🔥🙂🕊
@Roger Chance of course
and here I had thought that they were all left handed 🙃😉
@@Bekka_Noyb Saiki might be right handed 🤪😂🤭
lol you've fallen down the _Ren & Band Maid_ rabbit holes.
I've only had to deal with one at the time...good luck! 😁
Great reaction ! Your introduction with moratorium was inspired btw. I would suggest you watch 'Freedom' next from the same concert as Domination or you could try one of their instrumentals' Onset' live would be a good choice or maybe go for the 2fer video of Manners/Blackhole this will show you their great diversity. Enjoy !!
Thank you for coming right back to the Maids. Since you gave yourself a homework assignment, here's some help:
Saiki Atsumi - Lead vocals Born Feb 8, 1994 29 years old
MISA - Bass Born Oct 15, 1992 30 years old
Kanami Tono - Lead guitar, Main composer and arranger Born Sept 28, 1991 31 years old
Miku Kobato - Rhythm guitar, backing vocal Born Oct 21, 1991 31 years old
Akane Hirose - Drums Born Dec 14, 1990 32 years old
I'll say it again: Best rock band in the world today, and possibly the best since the Beatles. The boys had some 250 songs, of high quality and almost infinite variety. The girls are up to around 160 songs of enormous variety and so far, no duds, not one.
My face looked like your face the first time I heard this performance. They can melt your face off. If you want to hear an epic drum solo check out Freedom live; epic guitar solo try Play live or Real Existence live; instrumental try Onset.
MISA !!! MISA!!! MISA!!! 🥃🥃🥃 🤙🏼
Next to react another TOP J-Rock/Metal Bands
LOVEBITES(all female Japanese Heavy Metal Band) new songs MV Judgement Day, Stand And Deliver..
NEMOPHILA(all female Japanese Metal Band) new songs Rise, Seize The Fate, Revive, Dissension, Raitei..
HANABIE(all female Japanese Metal Band) songs We Love Sweets, NEET GAME, Pardon Me...
this year they are in the US in May and August. ;)
Freedom is the obvious next step. Amazing drum solo by Akane
Hiya! Great review! Just a suggestion, if you review Band-Maid songs from their official RUclips page there is no need to cover or reverse the video for copyright. The ladies support reaction video's and even watch them. (They even recognised a reactor in the crowd at one of their US shows last year). As for Band-Maid tickets, their official web page has a tab you can switch from Japanese to English, it's in both. Hope you get to see them!
The best part about Akane's drumming is that big smile she has when she's rocking TF out!🤘
Over the ear headphones are best for listening to Band-Maid. You can hear the separation and how the guitars are hard panned left and right. EXCEPT during the solo, when the lead guitar is sort of center right channel to thicken up the sound of her guitar.
Best band. Good job!
check with Ticketmaster ... tickets are on sale for part one of the US tour... I have seen them twice and will be seeing them again this time around.. they are awesome....you should try From Now On, or anything they do live... like a wise person said.. the next Band Maid song will be your favorite....
Well…we weren’t kidding when we said that we know of no better rock band on planet earth 🌎 than Band-Maid. 🤷🏻♂️
And remember, this is just one typical song of awesomeness from the Maids. There are literally dozens & dozens more where this came from. 😮
You’ll probably have something like 50 different song recommendations from us Maidiacs for the next song so anything you choose will be great but here’s my 2 cents for next:
- “Freedom” - official live video
- “From Now On” - official MV
- “No God” - official live video
Then many, many more to follow. 😀
Take care and rock on 🤘🏼🔥🎸🥁🎤🎼😀✌🏼
Love the Icenine t-shirt....that's from Kurt Vonneguts literary imagination. I forget which book.
Saiki is like a dominatrix, she demands that the crowd respond to her commands. Saiki and MISA are the ones dressed in Gothic. Actually when the group began they all wore similar outfits, then as time went on Saiki and MISA turned Gothic on us. Most often MISA and Kanami are doing their solos at the same time. As usual Band-Maid is Jimmy Page approved!
Now you've dun gone and jumped into the BM rabbit hole. Here ya' go!:

@1:11 both you and Tank the Tech recognized that Pantera had a song by the same name he indicated if it was just a cover he was going to be upset!
Nice, I'll wait for more, It's hard to recommend, they never made any bad song yet, so any song is fine by me,
Band Maid loves reactors. They don’t block their videos.
You'll find Band Maid has the best rhythm section going today
Their next tour in May is Houston, Austin, Daytona(Welcome to Rockville festival), Atlanta, Nashville, Charlotte, Detroit, Columbus, Ohio(for another rock festival) and St.Louis.
their newest video ‘From Now On’ will show you just how good Kanami the guitarist is.
They're spectacular in stereo 😉
If you guys want all female Japanese metal…you have to check out a group called Lovebites… they just released a brand new music video song called Stand and Deliver (Shoot’em down)
they do not do copyright strike guys just do the official channel
Blue Rose Saiki Atsumi: She first started singing solo when she was fourteen. She performed as a backup dancer and singer in several groups before auditioning for BAND MAID; also, she models and acts when not with B-M
I think you might really like their song "Play" live at this same show.
Thank you great reaction.
Use both earphones. Because the left and right sound are different.
Now you are ready (maybe) to meet two more bands:
NEMOPHILA / RISE [Official Music Video]
【花冷え。】 - お先に失礼します。 (Pardon Me, I Have To Go Now) - Music Video 【HANABIE.】
You seem kinda intrested in the drum solo... You should check out FREEDOM for drums, MANNERS,NO-GOD heavy bass, KANAMI-LEAD GUITAR is pretty much ham in every song... love your reaction, hope you keep on going...👍👍👍
for a new song showing talent, try Influencer. There are two songs Manners and Blackhole which are together on a live video, also very good. and a song called No God, which is amazing live. They also have an alter ego band named Band Maiko, which is band maid in geisha (really maiko) outfits. With remade songs that are similar but include traditional instruments. They also have 14 songs they redid as Acoustic for a chistmas acoustic only live streamed concert(I did see it live) and it is insane how they can take such hard rock songs like No God and make those acoustic and never saw an acoustic guitar shredded until I saw Kanami do it. Kanami is the lead guitarist and also the one who writes all of that music, the Rhythm guitarist and vocal is Miku and she is the leader/creator of the band and writes all of the lyrics(their first 3 albums were studio written, the 4 or so albums after is 100% them), MISA is the bass player, insanely good and watch her she is able to tuck that pick and switch from picking to slapping instantly, the drummer is Akane, who is also insanely talented and Saiki is the lead vocalist. She is also really talented and has a perfect voice to fit with a hard rock band.
Like your reactions been following you on Jinjer as well. Band Maid is very friendly to reactors so no need to reverse or cover them up. Hell at the Houston show Miku recognized the reactor Mr Rock N Roll and told the crowd Akane (drummer) and Misa (bass) were fans of his reactions. You really need to jump into Nemophila as well along with Jinjer and Band Maid they are bands I cannot keep from watching and listening too.
There is no "Bad" Song by Band Maid.
agreed
No importa el idioma que sea, siempre es un gusto ver el nacimiento de nuevos fans de BandMaid 😎🤟
This band is "S" tier. I love all the power coming from Japan and elsewhere, but every generation has that one band the defines it. Also a fact, they just cant get the exposure in the west, which is very sad from what Im seeing. Great to see new people finding them!
I get it, really. Its like "wait, what?" is this for real?
MISA MISA MISA!!!!!
Hint: You don't need to flip Band-Maid videos around. Don't need to place any blockers on their videos to protect yourself from Copyright Strike claims. Just react to their videos on their official Band-Maid RUclips channel, it's okay. They have a lot of love for reactors who react to their music.
Actually, come to think of it, they have a lot of love for all their fans. Just come join in the club already. 😉
Discovering Band Maid is a life-changing experience. Now you've opened Pandora's Box you're going to be in for the musical ride of your life. I recommend continuing to listening to some of their earlier live performances, particularly from the Line Cube Shibuya and Tokyo Zepp gigs, which were recorded in Feb, 2019. 'Freedom', 'Wonderland', or the hard-rock instrumental, 'Onset', are great starting off points, before going to some of their later tracks. 'No God' is a particular favourite of mine, as it shows Band Maid's amazing versatility and awesome song-writing skills, though many of their later live recordings were sadly done without an audience, due to the Covid pandemic. One small criticism of your reaction would be that you're presenting them to your audience in reverse, or mirror images, which makes them all look like they're left-handed. It should be possible to present their videos the correct way around. Other than that, well done and 'Cheers' from the UK!
Band Maid is my favorite Japanese band you should check out their instrumental"From Now On"its really awesome.
You want a tear in your eye?!... Daydreaming just might bring you too tears. Kanami's gauitar seems to weep. They do U2 better then U2 did!
Always good.
Now do Band Maid's "Freedom". You're in for a real treat.
Also, "Onset"...Kanami kills it on guitar.
🎀🎀🎀🎀🎀
Saw Band-Maid last October in DC and they were great. If you both lean more metal than rock... It's time for LOVEBITES !! They are on another level than even Band-Maid. 5 more phenomenal musicians who just happen to women. Japan rocks !

First time I watched this video mirrored, haha. Do Play official live video next, it's even better than this song, which is amazing.
Edit: 3 best bands I've come across in the last couple years that speak to me the most being a classic/hard rock/old school metal guy:
1.King Gizzard And The Lizard Wizard
2.Band-Maid
3. Lovebites
