Thanks for the video. I have the same 4 wheeler I’m restoring and limited content online for this repair. For the right axle bearing and dust seal, do you have any additional views of how that goes together?? Seal and bearings my quad was completely gone and not sure which bearing should go there??
Good video overall. I'm working on my 98 BB now. Question I have is how in the world did you gwt the two locking nuts off the axle? Are the reverse thread? I've heated them up with a torch, only managed to melt the dust cap. Pulled so hard in turned the front wheels. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Enjoy your videos I have a 1999 big bear, 350, 4x The rear main seal was leaking. I removed the rear end, swing arm, u joint and replaced the seal...went good, just no fun doing it by myself in cold barn. All back together, worked fine for bout 10 hours Then started doing same thing. All the oil leaked out into the rubber boot and out the engine. Kinda strange that it seem to leak, both times while cooling, not while running??? At least that's when i noticed it. Any ideas? Seal seemed to be good when i replaced it, haven't done it the second time yet. Obviously, something else is wrong. Help?
Not sure make sure there are no rough spots where seal rides and I also use a sealer around the outside of the seals also for added protection thanks for watching and good luck with it

How do you remove the nut that goes threw the top of the swing arm on both sides that connects to the bike
It’s not one bolt each side is separate loosen nut then unscrew Allen bolt on each side
