Scum, The Fall, and Cause for Concern are three you NEED to listen to live, their performances at Lollapalooza and Outsidelands are incredible and I’d encourage you to check them out!!
The band has a few rotating touring members that play the synth and trumpet!! Currently, they have Leandra who plays during their EU shows and Alan who played during the first half of their US tour and their US festival run earlier this month (he's the one playing in the Lolla video). They also have Jackie who was their trumpeter for the second half of the US tour (she was the one in this Portrait video) and Zoe who used to be an EU touring member alongside Leandra :)
The fall live is a whole another level! Not only is 10 times better than the studio version, but its (my opinion) the best song to lesten to live out of them all
"He looks so happy to be there" YEESSS the fact that all of them can't stop smiling, I love this band a lot and they deserve everything they've accomplished :D
I totally get what you mean, when you can see how happy Wilbur looks and everything, it's just contagious. I need to see them live. Also, loved the "Go trumpet dude"
I’ve been waiting for someone to react to them Live! You should react to more of them live, especially The fall, it’s absolutely incredible live, keep up the great work!!!
If I’m not wrong any time you see LoveJoy live their pianist/trumpeter is named Alan!! He’s super super nice and a great addition to the band!!! (Fun Fact He is also the Pilot in the Call Me What You Like music video)
Watching the fall live is required listening for lovejoy, it is an incredible experience. Isle of wight and lollapalooza both have professional recordings and sound incredible
The entire Detroit show was filmed so I hope they release more from it! I was there and the crowd was insane. You can tell they are a band that loves to play live and get that feedback from the crowd.
if you ever need to find any lovejoy live shows i have a playlist on my channel with most shows! i try to update frequently and a lot of the higher quality shows are recorded by clem everett :) and i definitely recommend listening to scum and cause for concern, ash and wilbur are really great during the breakdown !!!!
I love your videos! It's nice to watch someone so into what they're reacting to and Lovejoy is one of my favorite bands as well. Thanks for listening to recomendations!
if you plan to listen to more live stuff, I'd recommend the it's golden hour somewhere performance at the hope and ruin! it's an older version of the song, but still sounds really good!
you should definitely watch The Fall live on isle of wight festival, in my opinion, it's one of their greatest performances :)

i think the best song they performed live was The fall! You should react to it :)
Wilbur told this golden guitar is his favourite. Looking wise. He still likes Bastard more technically (the blueish/brown one with scrapes)
The fall live at the isle of wight is amazing, one of their best performances ever.
