There was a family in my neighborhood when I was growing up that had four teenage sons and one young surprise daughter. That daughter was the most pampered, protected girl in the world. Her brothers would do anything for her. On Christmas Eve one year, they waited until she went to bed and then built a two-story tall snowman that she would see when she looked out her 2nd story bedroom window in the morning. It was impressive, as were the ramps they had to make to get those top snowballs on. Anyway, this reminds me of that family. No one is messing with that little girl.
Well give them a few years and they won't have an issue on tiring out the baby for naps and the doggos will need a little less exercise from the parents. And if they have a 2nd or maybe even a 3rd kid that's less and less exercise from the parents as the kids can have more play time with the doggos.
Every kid should grow up around animals, It teaches their young minds so much about companionship and empathy. Both of my daughters grew up around cats and dogs and now they have their own.

German Shepherds are the greatest dogs. My dad was a police dog handler & contrary to some opinions, the dogs are just regular family dogs when off duty. I grew up with my dads first retired GS, his working GS & our normal pet collie. I did all the things that little did, as well as work out how to open the big dog kennel at the end of the garden. Eating their food & playing with their water- yup. One of our dogs even grabbed my sledge rope and pulled me along. He didn’t like anyone else doing it. Lol. It was like I had my own husky. Almost. My brother did all the same stuff too. I think kids learn from everything around them, not just the adults. Even when dad retired, he carried on having rescue Shepherds. Being disabled I need dogs with a little less muscle. So it was sad to realise I might never have another GS in my life unless my son starts keeping them. I say less muscle, how silly of me. I’ve swapped that for hyperactive Springer Spaniel nutcases & stubbornly, bullying affectionate dogs. My spaniel is currently in his usual spot laying his head on my feet and my bullying affectionate Bavarian Hound mix is currently snuggled right alongside me laying his head on my shoulder. Basically I’m stuffed if I need to eat or pee. When I say he’s a bully, if I ignore him or don’t scratch him in the right place he will either nudge with his nose until you get the right spot, grab, yes actually grab with his prehensile claws, and move your arm until your in the correct position or he will use said claws to climb over me until I take notice. He’s pretty much GS sized. But he is a gentle old soul really & is a rescue from an Eastern European kill shelter. He is scarred from nose to tail. We don’t know his back story, but we figure it’s not good and don’t begrudge him the love he obviously craves. We got my spaniel as a puppy. He was the result of an unwanted farm dog pregnancy. So not exactly a rescue. But the pups would have gone to a rescue if no one bought them. I nearly got two, but someone enquired and I let the other go to them. He is awesome, always by my side, but not overly in need of affection. He wakes me with kisses, notifies me when it’s dead on 8am & 4pm for food, by pouncing on me and giving me a kiss. It took them all of twenty minutes to work out my daughters baby is a mini human and then they started in with the love and protection. Sadly, my daughter doesn’t live close & so I’m curious how the dogs will deal with seeing him at different stages of babyhood & toddlerness. I think it’s going to be fun. Because they are big and boisterous, I won’t be leaving them alone with the baby. But I think we are in for a fun time when he starts walking lol. ❤
GSD's are one of the most intelligent canine breeds and they live for the mission. Give a GSD an assignment and they're gonna figure out a way to get the job done. If the assignment is "protect baby" then that baby is the safest little girl in the neighborhood.

Its hard to say who's more spoiled, the dogs getting all of Rivers attention, or River getting all of the dogs attention....100% love it
That baby is going to have a STRONG gut biome! Good for her :)
She's a little bit different but she's got the spirit - the dogs probably
Those aren't just pets, those are her siblings
Someone please get these people a tv show. I’d love to watch this family grow up together!
That’s so adorable!!! I just got a 2 month old cat and he is doing really good☺️ I hope that anyone reading this has a nice day❤❤❤ also I LOVE your Chanel!
Gorgeous dogs, beautiful baby -- how wonderful.
German shepherds…BEST breed EVER!! Yes, I am a GSD mom. 😉
that baby will have the strongest immune system of all xd
My grandson did the same thing he'd even Bark and gral at the mailman LMAO
She is the dog Queen😁
What a wonderful way to grow up like this. We’ve also always have dogs or at least one. People with a passion for animals are (usually) conscious people with care for the environment and respect for nature.
The parents are super responsible ! The dogs respect the baby ... !!! Mom is always watching and around. If someone have anything bad to say - you clearly have no parenting / social skills !!! This child grows better than all of you put together!!! In fresh air, nature , being surrounded by the best dogs!!!! ❤
She's going to be fluent in dog. Possible a great future dog trainer there!
German Shepherds? more like Guardian Protectors lol
I grew up with a German Shepherd too, his name was Nick. When I was 9, my parents said that they sent Nick to my uncle's house out of town. Later in life, i realised what it meant. It's amazing to have 5 fluffy best friends growing up, but it's gonna be hard when the time comes.
So sweet! She'll probably end up being a famous veterinarian!
Friendly reminder to NEVER leave a baby or small children alone whit a dog, no matter how used they are to one another
Such sweet dogs a testament to how much you loved them ❤️
The German Shepherds are probably better parent material than actual parents out there.
I read an article about this family recently. How ridiculously adorable! Love it
