My albino Oscar looks exactly like this one. She greets me by puffing up her gills and doing a crazy dance. She's over a foot long and she's my precious dog
basically thats a dog with fins
Wonderful collection of freshwater monsters. Absolutely agree with you. Oscar is the most interactive fish in the aquarium.yiu can literally play with it.
I too am fond of monsters only. I have the vieja chiclids ,the albino piranhas, albino giant guRamis ,the severums ,oscars mango, copper and albino red, leapord senegals shovelnose catfish.
In my other aquarium I have all peacock bass about 8 to 9 of them.kelberi, azul, butterfly, and monocolus.
I have 2 huge Vieja chiclids in one aquarium with a partition.
Wow amazing collection of you ever want the featured let me know 👍🏻 thanks for watching
Thank you Soo much for your reply Mick.actuslly I was fond of d
Fish since I was in school. Now I have just retired from work.but I have and can't give up on my fish. I have birds too .I have the congo african greys , macaws. I hsve a wonderful collection of plants.
My only constraint is the finance part and place too. But there is a saying WHERE THERE'S A WILL THERE'S A WAY.
Will surely keep in touch.your Videos give me inspiration.
Great video mare. Fun and interesting 👍🏻
Love the color. Awesome.
Nice work man , appreciate the content 😎
Thanks for watching 👍🏻👍🏻
Nice one Mick, have a relaxing Sunday 👌
Thanks for watching mate 👍🏻
I'm always impressed how pristine your tanks look and I'm not just talking about the inside, it seems there's not a spec of dust anywhere in your fish room! Crystal clear water and polished tanks, amazing mate, you can see everything is well looked after and kept so nicely.
Thanks mate appreciate that 👍🏻
You have some of the cleanest water on the internet great job
Kept cichlids for 32 years never had a Oscar (looked after a mates for a few months they seem to grow over night) Every garden centre in Britain has a big old Oscar floating about
I love that 8 foot tank, it’s right up my street, a nice mix of awesome fish it’s not over Stocked though I know they’re gonna grow a bit you could easily add a few more. I’d like to see a little river fly turtle in their mick 👍☹️
Bonjour, ces poissons Oscar sont absolument magnifiques.💙💙💚💚💙💙
Thank you bro
Lovely
Great video. Love Oscars, the greediest fish ever!
Great video mate tank looks awesome, completely agree with you, my 8x2x2 has 6 platinum oscars in there black arowana and a mbu puffer
Sounds awesome mate if you ever want it featured drop me a message 👊
Hey Richard be keen to see a video of that!
I have 5 reds in with my peacock bass and arawana 👌
Hey mate , ive got a red shoulder severum. Thats not far off the size of your chilli red Oscar. Some cichlids just keep growing lol . Ps , them geos are massive 👌
Nice Oscar
Hi Mick great vid as always, I would love the Oscar but 6ft Tank min just out of my league. I'm interested in a video of your Flowerhorn, and what tank you have for him. I hope it comes soon. Thanks for the Vids Jason.
A 75 gallon would be fine
Hope your feeling better after the op mate, starting to miss you on screen, hopefully some content out soon. All the best Jason. I got a 180 ltr in the end for my Flower Horn Monty.
Liters to gallons for us US metric folks who are terrible at math! 😂
Amazing video can I ask what is the exact name of those beautiful black and gold looking Oscar’s in the smaller tank? I need to get my hands on one.
hmm carbon out of the filter....interesting. my Tiger now is 6 inches and has the hole in head. I clean the water every 3 days and it seemed to work. But the water is pretty clean minus the left over crumbs they put out.......I may just take out the carbon and see if this helps!
I just bought a baby chilli red oscar, how do I keep that deep red colour
Mike make a geophagus care guide
Hi Mick just wondering where you got your 8 foot Fishtank fan And wondering how many litres it is
Looks awesome ❤❤...what are dimensions of your 8 ft and 6 ft tank ?
What aerators do you use mate? Getting an 8 foot tank after Christmas, the ones I've got at minute aren't powerful like the one in your tank. Cheers
Hi I'm wondering do you still need a 6ft tank for one oscar on its own with no other fish as I have read different thanks
J'aimais bien ton grand bac de 2000l dans le salon. Trop beau ce bac. Tu devrais refaire un
Hi mate, enjoy your videos. Can you, or do you know anyone that can help with sourcing a flowerhorn? I’m struggling to find reputable breeders
i keep wanting to put one in with my severums in my 125 but ugh the hole in the head happens so easy i found in the past. i got lots of filtration and water change 50 percent weekly, idk
That's a pretty nice tank you have sourced there. Looks commercial, like a museum quality. Too bad the house is such a bad place to set up, cause that's a nice display tank for a living room.
At wharf aquatics they had a large wild Oscar very different I actually thought about it, how come Oscars are so popular with monster fish keepers? always see them with the big fish
Wharf is a great shop. They are cheap and get big fast and really interactive. Most monster fish keepers have kept the at one point
Whats type of geophagus?
Brother!! Upload a feeding vedio 🙂
Where did you get your 2000 L from as well
Whats the price os this Oscar
Didn’t you get two chillie reds ?
How much did your 2000 litre fish tank cost
الهواء في حوض الاوسكار قد يكون كثير و هذا قد يساعد على تشكل بكتريا او فطريات
The price here is 150 euros each one of 10 cm
My Oscar makes me Bleed all the time when he bites me he’s only a baby still 4 inches
Chase it around the tank so it realises that your the boss
for me most interactive is flowerhorn but sad they we can keep only one.
Having kept both..... I can tell you...both are super interactive..I think oscars maybe more... flowerhorns are more agressive, and less likely to sulk. Lol
And I want to get a Arrawana
I would like to buy 2 súper red chilli Oscar
I am from spain
180 gallons minimum for Oscar ?. 2x2x6 ?. Okay, wow in USA people throw them in much smaller tanks, 125's and even less but they probably could use 180 gallons.
Yeah I had Oscar for 8 years, I was a kid and before the internet was a thing, thought it was a long life, nope they can live 20 years. He was my first big fish, ever. H's buried outside, in his grave with his stone, RIP Rufus the red Tiger Oscar. Sorry I couldn't get you a 180 gallon, my parents were far too cheap to get me that.
I’ve got a 450 litre Fishtank with two Oscars looking for a 1000 L
Oscar was too interactive with everyone besides me, with me he is tame anyone else enters the room and he rages at the glass letting water out the tank and making the substrate go into the filter, swapped him for a nice big severum
Do you still have your lemon Oscars?
Yea mate still in the 4ft tank getting big ☺️
Helllo bro
Are blue oscars real?
No
Most likely an electric blue acara
Halo hi
That’s a albino red Oscar not a chill red Oscar
sold as a chili red oscar in the shop. As a small fish he was super red but as he has grown lost some of the red. I don’t think there are any true chili reds they are all morphs or each other
@@MicksFishUk you're right my Chili red was also super red when small but has now lost some of its red and looks just like yours.
Correct
puffer fish are way more interactive, even giant gouramis are
