Friend. No one is ever completely ready for children. I am almost 40 years old, should I never have had babies because one day I might be poor? Do you know anything about my finances when I had my children? Do you know I worked until my second was over a year? Should I return them because my finances changed after having them?
Most people I know that are poor are disabled elderly and single people poverty is more relevant than you think. Majority of people live paycheck to paycheck don’t be fooled there are many reasons you can be poor
I'm spoiled by my food pantry. I receive a senior food box delivered to my apartment. Can visit a food pantry twice per month a block down the block. Receive produce delivered to the community room (once) a month. Meat is delivered once a month. A food pantry that I can visit the 3rd Saturday. And last but not least a food pantry in our building once a month.
I'm glad to see the stigma of "needing help" being lifted. 45 years ago when I was raising my babies, food banks and asking for help was unthinkable. I guess it taught me frugal living and how make things out of basic cheap ingredients though. You were truly blessed with these gifts.

That block of cheese you got is just like Velvetta you can use it in dips like melt it and dip tortilla chips in or pour over broccoli steamed like broccoli n cheese or add to your Mac n cheese and it makes the best grilled cheese!!! Yes ma’am it sure does! We get a block every couple of months we love it! ❤

Amercan cheese makes great grilled cheese the ramen noodles can be toasted in butter in a skillet broken up great crunches for salad I usually throw away the seasoning packets 😂God bless
And another comment I am like you lol the moms best shredded cereal lord I wished you lived closer I have like 6 boxes I am trying to get to blessing boxes we get it from the food pantry where you get what they give you, you can’t choose and we don’t care for it lol so you could have all of ours! 😊
i wanted to tell you my daughters friend is 20 yrs old and having a baby ! my daughter and i went to target to get stuff for her baby shower ! i could not belive how expensive baby stuff is now i had my kids in 1993 and early 2000 and it was a little cheaper then ! diapers 50 bucks a box formula clothes oh my gosh ! my daughter thought she was spending like 50 dollars alone nope 136.00 dollars and that was getting a few things ! good lord ! all i can say is i hope that her friends boyfriend helps her out or is made to pay child support because she is going to need it ! i know if that was me i would be worried and stressed babies are cute but in todays economy overpriced over inflated ! im so glad my kids are grown no kids of there own !

And some food bank hand pet food, or the are pet food banks that need help to feed the self and pets.
